“Had to change one of the games in order since it was out of stock for over 4 months. There was some miscommunication happening during arranging the change. Fortunately, the support team was friendly and handled the issues reasonably well.”

“Good product and price but a little disappointed at the length of time to deliver . It wasn’t that clear that when I picked an available product that it may take as long as it did .. I avoid buying items that are clearly not in stock for that reason . Will think twice before shopping again . The book was delivered a sopping wet envelope which was already open and thankfully protected by the shrink wrap .”

“Très contente d'avoir reçu le jeu dans un délai plutôt court. Par contre, très mécontente de la préparation de colis : pas d'emballage de protection et un coin de la boîte de jeu était froissé. Je ne repasserai pas une prochaine commande chez vous à moins d'y être contrainte par la menace 🤣!”

“Good shop and prices, but stay on top of them! They're nice and reply fast, but don't contact you unless you contact them first. They didn't ship my order on time. A week later, I emailed them and they told me they didn't have one of the items in stock. Then I waited for several months, until I gave up and removed that item from the order.”

“Difficult - usually my experience with Zatu has been very good - but on this occasion I was a little disappointed - ordered on Thursday - paid extra for next day delivery (it was to be a birthday present) -recieved confirmation that it would be delivered Friday - it wasn't - courier said that they hadn't received item - received order Sunday lunchtime (which turned out to be just in time) - so OK in the end (just) - but I paid for next day delivery and got 3-day delivery”

“Game received perfectly fine. However, i would advise Zatu to find another courier service. DPD are a SHAMBLES!!! Waited in for 2 consecutive days, and did not deliver. Had to take a working day off to finally get the delivery. DPD, SHAMBLES!!!!! As long as Zatu use this courier firm i will not be making another purchase.”

“I bought forest shuffle as a b grade from outlet section. It did come with a small discount but I think considering the state of the box, which was crushed, the discount could have been bigger, or they could have included photos in the description so I knew what I was getting. The game and card sleeves were fine.”
