“Game received perfectly fine. However, i would advise Zatu to find another courier service. DPD are a SHAMBLES!!! Waited in for 2 consecutive days, and did not deliver. Had to take a working day off to finally get the delivery. DPD, SHAMBLES!!!!! As long as Zatu use this courier firm i will not be making another purchase.”

“I bought forest shuffle as a b grade from outlet section. It did come with a small discount but I think considering the state of the box, which was crushed, the discount could have been bigger, or they could have included photos in the description so I knew what I was getting. The game and card sleeves were fine.”

“The delivery speed was ok and the order was processed quikly. However, although the outer (shipping) packaging was intact, the game box itself was damaged. That was a letdown. Otherwise, the service was great.”

“Glad to have received the copy in such short delivery time. However, sending hardcover book without any sort of padding other than the cardboard envelop over international delivery means that it has arrived with the 4 corners smashed. I share and understand the need to cut on plastic use overall, but there are still alternatives to mishandling books like this.”

“I got the game in a good state, so I am happy. However, the preorder process was a bit odd. I preordered the game for its next printing wave. I didn't get a message when the product arrived. A month or so later, I checked the store page to find out that the product was already in stock, and that only a few copies were left too! I immediately contacted them and didn't get a respond for a little less than a week, after which suddenly I got a message saying my package was just packed and sent my way. After 3 hours or so of that e-mail, they responded to my earlier query saying it was dispatched. It just feels like, if I didn't remind them of my preorder, I would've missed mine...”

“Great variety of games, always a go-to when searching for new board games to buy. However I wish there was more communication in regards to games which are on back-order, or waiting for stock to come in. Have found that the restock date isn't always accurate, and there is no communication around when things are expected to be back in stock, if things are delayed etc.”

“It was meant to arrive on the 24th of June (max), but it only got here on the 1st of July...although most of the blame is on the Portuguese mail company...the package came in that state, barely even closed, and wet on the corner, like it had fallen in a puddle, thankfully the book wasn't ruined. Since the plastic wrapping was a bit ripped too, I was worried it could have been, but it just had that wrinkle on the corner there...probably from falling on whatever surface was wet...”
