“Games were ok except 1 which had been opened and had a part missing. The main box of the order had also been opened and retaped. The order arrived late. The customer service was really really bad - they couldnt care less.”

“Purchased some 40k models for a good price and it came in unusual but very effective packaging. Excellent customer service and they gave me a quid back but reduced the review score because I paid for next day delivery hours within the time limit but the models didn't arrive until the third day. Would use again but not in the same time constraints as my previous order.”

“Surprisingly long time for my order to be delivered this time (ordered on the 11th and it got delivered on the 30th). I suspect it's because some items needed to be back in stock although they showed 'in stock' on the website. My order was confirmed and I was given an estimated delivery in 2 weeks time. I'm used with Zatu to deliver in 2-3 days in the UK but not this time. Some explanation would have been welcome. Is it always going to be like that now? Or was it an exceptional circumstance? Luckily I was not in a hurry :) All arrived well and well-packed apart from that.”

“Games arrived as sold and in good condition, but a disappointing delivery experience. Sixteen days between purchase and delivery (estimate was 2-3). Tracking information was really poor throughout and there was very little communication. This is not my typical experience with Zatu to be fair, but on this occasion it fell far short of expectations.”

“I have placed a few international orders now with Zatu and I must say I always end up disappointed with processing and shipping times. There seems to be a delay every time, either with dispatching the order or delivery, and I have never received a parcel within their estimates, it’s always late. Their support team also takes days to reply to emails (chat is fast and they have been very helpful). I imagine it works much better within the UK, but internationally it’s a bit frustrating. Products are great though and always as described, no issue there.”

“They have a lot of variety, and I don't think I could get games like these anywhere else in the UK. They offer a lot of sales and gifts for members, which is very nice. What I don't like is that when I try to buy something on backorder, it never gets sent, even when it's back in stock. The second thing is that it takes roughly a month for me to get a product delivered. So not bad but they could be better.”

“Since moving to Shopify shopping with Zatu has been a less intuitive experience. I found the checkout process inconvenient and had to double check a few steps along the way. While I am certain this change made sense as an operational decision, it left me as a customer with a diminished experience. As an outsider, Zatu has become less of a value proposition, and closer to a generic outlet for a commodity product. No doubt I will in future chase the lowest price for that commodity, rather than stick with Zatu as I would have done in the past”
