“I bought forest shuffle as a b grade from outlet section. It did come with a small discount but I think considering the state of the box, which was crushed, the discount could have been bigger, or they could have included photos in the description so I knew what I was getting. The game and card sleeves were fine.”

“The delivery speed was ok and the order was processed quikly. However, although the outer (shipping) packaging was intact, the game box itself was damaged. That was a letdown. Otherwise, the service was great.”

“Glad to have received the copy in such short delivery time. However, sending hardcover book without any sort of padding other than the cardboard envelop over international delivery means that it has arrived with the 4 corners smashed. I share and understand the need to cut on plastic use overall, but there are still alternatives to mishandling books like this.”

“5 packs of 151 3 packs had the same holo gengar at the back ,and the packs ripped open super easy maybe old packs or something i dont know coincidence or not ,speedy delivery tho”

“I got the game in a good state, so I am happy. However, the preorder process was a bit odd. I preordered the game for its next printing wave. I didn't get a message when the product arrived. A month or so later, I checked the store page to find out that the product was already in stock, and that only a few copies were left too! I immediately contacted them and didn't get a respond for a little less than a week, after which suddenly I got a message saying my package was just packed and sent my way. After 3 hours or so of that e-mail, they responded to my earlier query saying it was dispatched. It just feels like, if I didn't remind them of my preorder, I would've missed mine...”

“Great variety of games, always a go-to when searching for new board games to buy. However I wish there was more communication in regards to games which are on back-order, or waiting for stock to come in. Have found that the restock date isn't always accurate, and there is no communication around when things are expected to be back in stock, if things are delayed etc.”

“It was meant to arrive on the 24th of June (max), but it only got here on the 1st of July...although most of the blame is on the Portuguese mail company...the package came in that state, barely even closed, and wet on the corner, like it had fallen in a puddle, thankfully the book wasn't ruined. Since the plastic wrapping was a bit ripped too, I was worried it could have been, but it just had that wrinkle on the corner there...probably from falling on whatever surface was wet...”

“Stock quality and delivery times are extremely good. But customer support with game product issues (misprinted or missing parts) I feel is poor. They could help the customer more by liaising with the manufacturer for the customer! As the game was bought from Zatu not the manufacturer.”

“I bought 4 items that claimed a free fun pack was provided with it. The delivery arrived without any and no explanation as to why. I reached out to support and they said it would only be one pack per order (doesn’t make that obvious on the site, if at all) and that they ran out of them and I likely wouldn’t be getting one. The fun pack offer has been removed from the website now it seems, so that’s good for future customers, but the fact they can’t make sure I get the one owed to me or make another offer to cover it is rather disappointing and probably against some kind of selling laws I imagine. The fun packs aren’t a massive draw but it’s the principle of the matter, I certainly don’t feel valued as a customer and wouldn’t trust any offers like that in the future. Other than that it was all good, fairly quick delivery, packaged well and in good condition”

“Have used Zatu previously and had a good experience, however not so much this time. I paid extra for faster shipping but I didn't recieve my package until over a week later with not great communication from Zatu when I queried it.”

“This is one of the worst games we gave purchased/played. The only reason it got 3 stars is because the jigsaw is really nice. There are no real instructions on how to play this game, it is merely guesswork. We have played the London and as we bought the Paris one at the same we will complete the jigsaw and see how it goes from there.”

“I have bought B grade games before, and been very happy. I was less happy this time as both boxes were quite badly crushed and damaged - enough that contents might escape. More than 'comestic' damage, I would say - definitely structural damage.”

“My order arrived quickly, and I would have rated higher based on that alone. However, my friend — who ordered at the same time — still hasn't received their package and hasn’t been able to get through to customer support, despite submitting a ticket and emailing. That makes me hesitant to order again, as the post-purchase support feels unreliable.”
