“Ordered some items 10 days ago, chased up querying dispatch after a few days as I hadn't heard anything, chased up again, filled in contact form which crashed, tried phoning which didn't go through, tried livechat which just spun in infinite circles. Nobody home apparently, total disaster since they moved to zatu.com and are now powered by Shop, the delivery price has doubled and nobody bothers to respond to queries. A shame, as they used to be the best.”

“I was satisfied with the service, with a special note regarding the customer service team. Through no fault of their own a game arrived to me slightly damaged.
