“I've usually receive good service from Zatu, but this time have been let down. The advertised delivery date was 2-3 business days, this has been missed, and have not received the item, 11 days after placing the order.”

“Was sadly seduced by Zatu's Summer promotion of free delivery for orders over £50, and should have known better when discovering at the checkout that they'd partnered with Evri as the courier. The order was placed on 08/08/26 with an estimated delivery of 11-12/08. Evri emailed on 11/08 to say they were expecting to receive the parcel within 48hrs, then again on 12/08 to say I'd get an estimated delivery date within 48hrs. On 14/08 Evri emailed with a time for delivery that evening, then another email on 16/08 with a new time and an eventual successful delivery that day. This is as much as I'd expect from Evri, but for a company like Zatu that prides itself on good service and rapid delivery, this was a joke. Or it would have been if it wasn't for the fact that the order was for some games to play over a family holiday but which arrived shortly before the holiday ended! I've always been more than happy with Zatu over all the years I've shopped with them, but on this occasion, not so much.”

“Fast delivery - sadly the two Lorcana decks I ordered were sent loose in an A4 jiffy envelope which arrived partially torn open with both deck boxes crushed - cards are fine but disappointed as not the care I have come to expect when ordering from you - I chose not to get from Amazon to support an independent company - probably won't next time”
