“Water tank installed and already nearly full. Does all I expected. Would just have liked to be able to choose which corner the tap was installed”

“Butt delivered within time frame quoted. Instructions for putting it together almost non existent. Thankfully have someone who is very DIY friendly so could work out what to do. Pump not designed for use in butt as you have to remove the electric plug to pass through the hole provided for the cable. Now it is installed it does look very good though and I'm pleased.”

“my water butt when delivered had a big dent in it. I was out at the time. The only way I could get help was to send a photo of the damage. Being in my seventies, I found this difficult to do. Even then acceptence of the damage was not fully accepted, and I had to see if there was a crack that went from back to front. I have been told that a replacement will be sent?”

“this company is just a sell on at a profit outfit .i could have got it a lot cheaper direct from the manufacturer,, in this case endurramaxx limted,it pays to do your homework”

“I only received the water butt on 5th September, owing to Royal Mail misdirection. So my fitter had already finished my project and is not now available to connect it up. So I have no idea whether it’s satisfactory or not.”

“item came within good timescale, installation instructions aren't great and the unit itself is pretty unstable. Hard to check that it is plumb, but it rocks on most surfaces (even when the surface is dead level) hopefully it will be more stable once there is water inside it. Still in process of installing.....”

“Water butt arrived quickly and it and the diverter was easy to install. Unfortunately it’s leaking around the tap. I’ve already drained it (all 250L) to make sure I hadn’t missed screwing something on the inside (I hadn’t) and tightened it up and it’s still leaking. I’m waiting for some Plumber’s mait putty to arrive to seal the leak.”
