“Easy to fit. Butt is very wobbly without any water in it and a little wobbly when it's full. But it hasn't fallen / blown over yet! Tap is counter intuitive to open but not really a problem.”

“All looked fine when we started. I had a lovely chat with a customer service representative Stephen who assured me that the new water butt will be done to my specs. When the butt arrived it turned out the outlet was too big and located on a very far side of the butt meaning I won't be able to fill a water can freely due to a fence being too close. When I complained, they took the butt and send a new one. This time the outlet's size was good, but it was again located on the side, so very inconvenient. I paid a lot of money for a customised water butt and hoped it will serve me well, but now I am rather disappointed. I'd say go for their ready-made butts, but I would not trust them with anything custom-made.”

“Prompt delivery. Water butt appears to be good quality, not yet installed do unable to comment properly. The water diverter is good but the connection pipe is quite short, unless you can site the water but within 20 cm of a down pipe it isn’t long enough. This is the only negative, I will use this company agsin”
