Poor Custome Service.
The water Butt is great. However, the delivery company left a very large, heavy pallet to which the Butt was attached for delivery.
When I contact Water Butts Direct to explain it was going to cost me £40 for a Council Bulky waste collection, they refused to contact the delivery company to collect the pallet. They simply said to leave it on the street and hope someone else takes it away! Living in the City, this is not helpful. I am therefore £40 out of pocket.
