Nice water but, the planter section is a good idea and the shape is nice. However there were problems with delivery, arrived late and damaged. The packaging was not sufficient and it went backwards and forwards with Parcel Force, so on and off then van a few times. It got quite badly scratched.

The water diverter with filter is poor and not worth the money, although not tested by rain as yet I would not buy again.

The water butt looks fine, not fitted yet as the delivery took a little longer than the 3 to 5 days advised, so did not arrive in time for shed repair man to fix up. We look forward to seeing how it works when fitted and it has rained! We did phone to chase order and were advised it was out of stock but should be delivered at end of last week beginning of next, it arrived last Friday so all good. Tracking on my account never got past being 'processed' so delivery totally unexpected, delivery man very helpful . Would have been 4 stars if butt had been delivered within 5 days.

One of the water butts delivered to the wrong address. The products are fine but the courier service is not.

You need to rethink your couriers. This butt was delivered to incorrect address 3 doors down. Did not knock as householder would gave pointed out error. It had just been left at end of his garden. Husband located it but had to go outside in dark and cold. Delivery very poor.

Why do you use Evri they ignore any instructions. I asked them to put the butt behind a side gate but they left it on the front door step. DPD or post office much better

I had problems with the delivery from the supplier. It was sorted out eventually and I am very pleased with the item itself.

Item turned up a day earlier than had been arranged, despite confirmation that a note would be left on the order not to dispatch until Thursday. It arrived at my home on the said Thursday and subsequently spent all day outside the front of my home. Luckily, it was still there when I got in from work that day. You probably need to have a word with your dispatch team.

Although the hose is as long as in your details say, t is barely long enough to reach the bottom of the butt, let alone a convenient drain (which I don't have.) I'll have to cobble something together

Reasonably priced and as described. It was a couple of weeks before the company dispatched the water butt, and took two emails to Customer Services to get a response with an update. The water butt itself arrived dented, but otherwise in tact and seems fine at the moment.

I don't think the water butt stand was suitable for the smaller water butt I choose, even though it came as a package. It was just too big.

A good water butt, however the 3 piece stand does not suit or fit in with the butt, not a good design & very flimsy. A bit disappointed, to be honest.

I like the slimness of the water butt, I have two, but there are two things which I find very annoying. Firstly the tap provided is not suitable for filling watering cans as water splays everywhere but not in the can, - the tap is too short to fill a can because of the bulging pattern which prevent the can sitting correctly at the front so the tap really needs to be longer. Secondly you cannot get the water from below the tap. I have read your solutions about a hose or pump but you never suggested how to connect the hose of which pump.

Water butt ok but the tap pointed the wrong way up when screwed in. Pointing it the right way meant it leaked. Called up support and they suggested i just tape up the leak, which i did and it stopped. However this isnt the point....it should have been correct from the start. Looks like its a recurring fault and so the manufacturer should sort it.

The threads in water butt itself were no good so had to go and buy a new tap with a nut on the inside to stop it leaking because the tap supplied wouldn't tighten up at a cost of £10 , I have emailed you about it and got no reply.so we won't be using you again thanks.

I ordered a water butt on the 8th May , it did not arrive. I had to enquire with you to find out what had happened to it- no explanation for the delay. Eventually received a message it was out of stock. Now received delivery on 30th of May. Alan Shakespeare.

The water butt and base are fine and after some alertation works ok and is now collectng rain but but delivery was so slow it took a month from placing the oder to arrival

Easy to order new water butt and good quality however wrong colour butt was delivered - has since been replaced by correct colour.

The butt was delivered with the instructions soaking wet and I had to carefully unfold and dry them out. The plastic bung to the planter disappeared down into the butt as I prised it open. Can't get it out as there is no access into the butt. Because of this, the instructions for attaching the divertor to the butt do not make sense, as they do not recognise this lack of access. With this problem, I have not yet taken the risk of installing the diverter to either the butt or the downpipe as I fear that if it does not work as it should, I could have a big problem with overflowing, or having to replace my 2 storey rainwater downpipe. It is much more attractive than my much cheaper, rather ugly, water butt but the diverter on this was easier to install and it was easier to check that the levels required for the system to work properly were correctly balanced.

Good sales team response and product but website cumbersome
