Water Butts Direct are a good company, selling water saving solutions at a competitive price. Having already fitted one 'gutter mate', I purchased a furter two for the remander of the downpipes on my house. I find that thet work very well in managing the supply of rain water to water butts.

Very good purchase. Delivery as expected.
Quality of products good, however the instructions suggest that a washer should be placed both inside and outside the container when fitting the tap and filler in a hole that one drills themselves. Unfortunately the kit provided did not include 2 washers per item, therefore I had to improvise rather than spend 2 hours and 10 miles getting 2 washers.
I suggest that future kits include 2 washers.

Item arrived fine and customer service friendly, but was charged £51 to return item for a refund. Item was free to deliver and different couiers were used for the expensive collection.
Can't help feeling that I have been overcharged for this return, even if item was fairly large. For this reason, I am very unlikely to shop here again.

I cancelled my order within 7 days of order as I was advised it wouldn’t be able to go where I wanted it to - I did this via email and online contact form on the website, the item arrived approx 3 weeks later and was sent back immediately with the courier. I have been trying to get my refund ever since from Water Butts Direct and no-one responds to me, not impressed and would not recommend.
