Purchased, delivered installed and rather depressingly shrinks in size when full, to the extent that the inflow is no longer level, but 4 or 5 cm's below the original height, which proceeds to drip.
It will be interesting to see if it returns to the original height when emptied.

Web site stated 18in Tru Drop planters in stock, however after waiting 2 weeks no delivery or response and items now shown as out of stock. After phoning and requesting refund I was informed I would be contacted same day for resolution. Still no response, very poor communication, hence will wait a few more days and raise issue with my credit card company.

Today I received a very poor excuse of an email saying the item is out of stock, so I will get a refund in up to 5 days time! Too late for me to reorder from elsewhere and have the irrigation system set up.

I've ordered from them before so knew the products were good quality. Disappointed not to get an answer from a question I asked, disappointed not to get a message to tell me delivery would be delayed, less than impressed - when I rang to find out what was going on, after expected delivery date had passed - to be treated as though I was asking for more than could be expected, then even less impressed when the butt arrived with no warning, it's not exactly the size of package than can be tucked behind a flower pot! So, product great, customer service is shocking!
