Purchased, delivered installed and rather depressingly shrinks in size when full, to the extent that the inflow is no longer level, but 4 or 5 cm's below the original height, which proceeds to drip.
It will be interesting to see if it returns to the original height when emptied.

Web site stated 18in Tru Drop planters in stock, however after waiting 2 weeks no delivery or response and items now shown as out of stock. After phoning and requesting refund I was informed I would be contacted same day for resolution. Still no response, very poor communication, hence will wait a few more days and raise issue with my credit card company.

Today I received a very poor excuse of an email saying the item is out of stock, so I will get a refund in up to 5 days time! Too late for me to reorder from elsewhere and have the irrigation system set up.
