“I was very pleased with the 500 litre water butt you sent to me. It was just as had been advertised and arrived safely, having been very well packaged for its journey to the North East of Scotland. I am delighted with the aesthetics and look forward to getting it located to collect rainwater from one of the downpipes which drains the roof of my bungalow. We will be anticipating the purchase of more of these for a similar purpose in due course.”

“The delivery was very good and the product seems to be well made. I did a bit of research first but this item came in better value with free delivery which was good. Installation worked smoothly and so far is filling up nicely and looks good.”

“Very happy with water butt. It is just what I wanted. I had pre ordered it.The only issue I had was that there was no warning about delivery as the website said you were waiting for stock so delivery took me by surprise. Apart from that I am happy with service.”

“The water butt that I ordered has arrived quicker than the 10 working days that had been indicated. It arrived well-packaged on a pallet delivered by the courier Palletways who rang me the previous day to make sure I would be at home to receive it. I haven't yet opened up the package and put the butt in place as we are waiting for our builders to get to the point of installing gutters and downpipes on our new roof, so I cannot provide any further comments.”

“Love the water butt and fits in well ti the space. However the integral flower pot in the top isn’t well designed. When the water butt is full, the soil in the top becomes saturated and the plant roots/bulbs that I had put in all rotted. It seems like a good idea but in practice not so much. I’ve replaced it with a flat top , to water can be saved right to the top.”

“Delivery of the replacement water butt has been very prompt. The identical previous one was twelve years old and had served us well, but it had become detached from the wall due to one of the three fixings at the top not having been firmly made, and torn off by its own weight. as a result. I shall ensure all three fixings are firmly made when the new one is fixed and I will hope it lasts longer than the first one.”
