“The water tank was delivered within a few days by a very helpful courier who was prepared to help offload and move the tank to a temporary location on our property. Additional items arrived by Royal Mail on the same day. Some literature/recommendations for installing would have been helpful.”

“How do I know whether the water butt is going to be value for money or even do the job that it was designed to do over a period of time? All that I can say was that it arrived promptly, was well wrapped but there was a dent, but no puncture, in it. Will it be frost hardy enough? Is it pleasing to the eye - well it is a plastic water butt and so has no real intrinsic beauty. Who knows after a few days! I am not sure that I can give you a review that is worth its name or in any way meaningful.”

Hi Daniel, We dispatched your order a day after you ordered (8th of Dec) and can see this was delivered successfully on the 9th of December. So we are unsure what the issue may have been, a part from the Harcostar hose which was ordered (but it does state this is for use of Harcostar products only).
