“I ordered two butts at beginning of April i still dont have them. Twice i phoned to check and each time the operator said they will find out and let me know when they are coming and neither rang back still waiting to hear”

“Wide choice of water butts. We purchased the Cascata with planter which looks beautiful and stylish. However, no matter how hard I tried, I was unable to insert the two plastic outlet fittings. My impression is that the thread in the butt has not been done properly. This is not essential and it will collect water without these fittings but why was this not checked before dispatch?”

“The water butt arrived on time and is just what I needed. I bought it to replace an old one that had split due to Ice. I was pleased to be able to use my old fittings and not have to pay for new ones. I needed to make a hole for the pipe and did this using a hot air stripper with round nozzle.”

“Sometimes the small things are most pleasing, and they may also be rather important. We needed to move a pergola a foot or so, and the water butt was in the way. In moving the butt, the pipe no longer was long enough. then the rains started. Looked all over then found this company, ordered the pipe and had immediate acknowledgement. Within a few days, it arrived and I could cut it to size. Great service and it perfectly did the job. I'd definitely revisit for related things, and would also recommend them.”

“I needed to replace a broken tap and wasn't sure which one would fit so it was great that there was plenty of choice and clear pictures on your website. I'm not very tall but it was easy to fit the new tap on my own by gently wedging the tap in a corner of the door frame while I rotated the barrel inside using grips.”
