I bought a 2m tall, 165 litre Graff water butt. The product is ideal; but massively let down by poor delivery. I received an email advising next day delivery; yet had to wait indoors for 2 long days. Having made a dozen phone calls I received 5 contradictory excuses for the delay! It was exhausting. My huge water butt was finally delivered at 7pm on Friday; in an ancient, tatty, van. Despite the fact that I'm a tiny old lady, the driver simply dumped it on the pavement and drove away.
