“Order placed 6th Sept. Water Butts Direct sent email 11th Sept wanting feedback on item; I sent email to customer service about non-delivery. Evri sent email 13th Sept that it had received item. Didn't here back from Water Butts Direct until 15th Sept, email said item had been shipped. Evri then said item would arrived on 16th Sept. However, it took Evri until late 18th Sept to deliver water butt (after at least 2 delays). Did Evri loose water butt? DON'T USE EVRI.”

“Haven't actually got them fixed up yet as having guttering put in and there going to fix them to the butts they look ok got all fixture and fittings so I'm pleased with them.”

“Web site stated 18in Tru Drop planters in stock, however after waiting 2 weeks no delivery or response and items now shown as out of stock. After phoning and requesting refund I was informed I would be contacted same day for resolution. Still no response, very poor communication, hence will wait a few more days and raise issue with my credit card company.”

“Delivered relatively quickly. Looks good quality but missing the connection I’d paid for to connect to the drainpipe & no paperwork or fitting instructions. Instructions are online if you search, and after a telephone call, Im promised the drainpipe connection will follow. So short of perfect.”

“An excellent website with a comprehensive variety of water butt suppliers and storage capacity to choose from and, importantly, a range of accessories and products to improve and enhance rainwater storage options. We now have approaching 100 gallons (450 litres) of rainwater storage capacity and that means we, hopefully, won't be faced with similar problems to those of the long, hot, dry summer of 2025 when our modest garden pond had to be topped-up, twice, with (treated) tap-water when the levels dropped alarmingly low.”
