“The product is great however the communication could be better. When I ordered the water butt the website showed delivery in 3-4 weeks however I received a shipping confirmation after a few days which stated that for larger items I would be contacted to arrange a delivery slot. However this did not happen and the water butt just turned up with no warning in less than a week. Had I known delivery was going to be so quick I would have ordered later”

“Very good communications the water butts arrived today. The only difficulty was Evri using the letter II in the tracking number I thought it was a 1 (one). Not sure e why they can’t use say B or H which cannot be taken either way!”

“Like others on this site I have been told that my order is being delivered direct from the manufacturer to save time. I have not received it and my order details says no tracing available (Evri). To add insult to injury they have sent me a survey asking what I think of my water butt.”

“The Water Butt was delivered promptly. We did find that when fitting it, the leaflet made it appear simpler than it was in reality. Because of the way our down pipe was configured we had to disconnect it from the wall to enable us to connect the joining device. It was a bit of a struggle. Additional instructions and information would have been helpful.”

“I have used Water Butts Direct before and was very happy with the service provided. So when wanting to increase my rainwater storage capacity I went back to them again. Have just had 6 large water butts delivered - ordering was easy and delivery was efficient with everything arriving safely. Have now installed all 6 and can save over 2000 litres more of rainwater in case of more heat waves and dry summers.”

“Ordered on line which was fairly straightforward but there is a help line which was staffed and answered. I have only received part of my order as the rest is made to order direct from the manufacturer so I will wait to see what happens there. Some sites are selling the same items for a far greater price as well as up to £60 for carrriage so it was nice to have a discount code which negated any postage. I actually purchased 4 butts in total so perhaps a further reduction could have been applied?”
