“Water Butt's Direct have great products but unfortunately use Evri as couriers. In this area your parcel could be placed on anyone's doorstep or gate within a 5 mile area. It is only thanks to WBD customer service having GPS location that I was able to retrieve my parcel from 1 mile away.”

“I ordered a 100 litre water butt complete with lid, diverter kit. stand and tap. I only received the water butt and lid so contacted customer service for the missing items. There was no apology and I was asked to confirm whether I had looked inside the water butt for the missing items. I had. They were not there. The second delivery duly arrived. This time I received the stand and diverter kit but no tap. Contacted customer servie again who apologised for the mistake. I received the tap on the 3rd delivery.. Appalling service. Avoid”

“Water Butts Direct offers a wide range of butts to suit each situation. Ordering from their site was easy, despite a slight glitch with PayPal when trying to authorise payment. The Customer Service team quickly and politely sorted out the problem. The water butt was delivered in a couple of days, well packaged and exactly as described. I chose a 200litre green butt made of recycled plastic and supplied with a lid and tap, which was competitively priced. This joins two others of this exact type that have been in use for about 30 years. A good product and great service.”

“I ordered a connection kit or water diverted for my water butt it arrived in 3 days in good condition although the delivery driver just left it on the doorstep. The item is a Harcoster kit and looks quite robust and you can take top off to check for leaves or other blockages. Pleased with purchase.”

“I've ordered from them before so knew the products were good quality. Disappointed not to get an answer from a question I asked, disappointed not to get a message to tell me delivery would be delayed, less than impressed - when I rang to find out what was going on, after expected delivery date had passed - to be treated as though I was asking for more than could be expected, then even less impressed when the butt arrived with no warning, it's not exactly the size of package than can be tucked behind a flower pot! So, product great, customer service is shocking!”
