“The water butt was delivered on time but it is a square butt and they sent a round stand. The pipe from the drainpipe was far too short to be of any use and did not reach. So have i gone back to them. No Im fed up with poor service and have fixed it all myself. I will go elsewhere for the next 3 butts I am buying.”

“Item received in a damaged box - with no protection for the WaterButt. Instructions are poor - and had to refer to the Internet on how to assemble. I escalated the poor delivery and packaging to Water Butts - who did NOTHING with my complaint. I think that pretty much covers it......”

“When I bought the water butt kit from B&Q I hadn’’t realised that the kit was for a standard drainpipe. I thus purchased the correct water diverter for mini flo drainpipe from yourselves. This came punctually and is now fitted and working. A pity I now have a standard kit doing nothing.”
