“The butts are fine and the description was accurate. It would have been nice to have been told when the delivery was coming. We were away for the weekend and arrived home to find some very large boxes outside the front door.”

“The water butt arrived exceptionally well wrapped up and protected for the journey. Instructions are fairly sparse and of the cartoon variety. There is no pre-drilled hole for the water inlet so I had to buy a 44mm cutting attachment to use with a drill, and also a drainpipe adapter/connector so for the price I didn't find the purchase particularly user-friendly. You can't lift the top off to put a sterilising silver disc inside so I had to drill a hole in the top. On a more positive note it feels very sturdy and should cope with anything the weather throws at it. We have put some herbs in pots to grow on top, which is a handy way of keeping chives and other potential poisons out of the reach of our puppy.”

“We've fitted them but it's not rained since. We don't quite see how the pipe into the drainpipe will catch a large amount of water as it would Weem they will catch the splashes but weee hoping it catches plenty of water as that's what we want.”

“Fantastic service and the butt was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the tap was missing but a phone call quickly resolved that which came within a few days. However, no matter how hard I try to tighten the tap when fitting it still weeps. Not sure if it is me or the design!”

“On 2nd May my order for 500 Ltr butt was acknowledged, 2 others ordered at the same time were delivered OK, but I am still awaiting the 500Ltr. The products are fine. Notification of delivery with the alternative options were given on the same day as delivery which was not helpful as had I not been here I would not have known or been able to take delivery. It is now 18th May.”

“The website and ordering process was good. The products arrived promptly and in good condition. The installation instructions could be clearer. I have 75mm square down-pipes and the instructions only say the downpipe connector will fit a 75mm square pipe. They should say if you have a 75mm square pipe you need to cut out along the marks in the connector lid with a hacksaw.”

Good morning Really happy you are pleased with your purchase Please note the water butt needs to be on a flat surface so when its full it does not become a hazard due to the weight
