I bought this to replace the smaller version of the same water butt which I bought several years ago - I definitely needed a larger one. As I have installed one before, it was easy for me to fit it. However, there was one problem; there was a leak from the seal on the tap. It seems to me that the O-ring is too soft, and as you tighten the tap into the hole, the O-ring is squeezed out. I fiddled with it a bit but it still leaked. I found a solution. Unscrew the tap and smear the thread with plenty of "Plumber's Mait" before screwing it back. That seems to have done the job. (Bit of a nuisance emptying and them re-filling the butt to do that). I think the instructions should advise the user to stand the butt on a paving slab (600mm square is ideal), if it is to go somewhere that is not already paved or concrete. I realized that with my first one.
