“looks Ok so far. Slightly tricky to screw the tap in buit I did it”

Helpful Report

“Good selection of butts at competitive prices”

Helpful Report

“Order easy and arrived when it said it would. Water butts as described”

Helpful Report

“Have used company before for bulk tanks but wanted something more attractive this time. Good robust item, quite expensive but the quality and style is what you pay for. Came with all the parts to fit to a down pipe, tap etc.”

Helpful Report

“My only problem is the butt doesn't fit flush to wall. But delivery and packaging were very good”

Helpful Report

“Ordering from their expansive website was easy. A telephone query was dealt with quickly. My order arrived promptly but as to the delivery itself, this left much to be desired.”

Helpful Report

“Very happy with the oak lookalike water butt. The quality is excellent & delivery was very speedy. However I have 2 very small criticisms. One, I would've preferred to have had the option to choose the type of tap supplied as I had to order an additional tap which could be connected to a hose. The only other query I have is whether the lid is going to collect a couple of inches of water on top of it: of course it's not rained since we installed it!”

Helpful Report

“The water butt was very well packaged and delivered promptly. Love the quality and very happy with the order.”

Helpful Report

“Fast and efficient order process. The water butts appear to be sturdy specimens but time will be the judge I guess.”

Helpful Report

“Arrived quickly, filter set missing from purchase of butt so very grateful”

Helpful Report

“I purchased the diverter which works well as expected but only 4 stars as one part which needs to be cut as per width of the drainpipe was tricky. I get the need for flexibility in the product but it somehow needs to be easier to cut.”

Helpful Report

“Pretty good delivery timescale considering the intervening bank holiday. Items as ordered and first valve fiteed today”

Helpful Report

“It arrived in good order, all put together easily, just need a lot of rain.”

Helpful Report

“No problem with Water Butts Direct, but they should seriously consider using a reputable courier rather than DPD, who can’t be doing Water Butts Direct’s reputation much good. If I’d known they used DPD, I would have bought elsewhere.”

Helpful Report

“Impressive delivery, very quick. Instructions were a little "thin"; more could be added to describe the fitting of the plastic hose at both ends. Otherwise very good.”

Helpful Report

“Pleasant and friendly over the phone and product looks good though not tested it yet. We Bly slight issue was to do with delivery hence my phone call to them.”

Helpful Report

“The Water Butt arrived in 3 days and all is fine. Like others have mentioned the tap would have leaked badly with the washer supplied, so I fitted it with plumbers PTFE tape. It would have been good if Water Butt's Direct had sent an acknowledgement of the payment as one expects that today.”

Helpful Report

“Really love design and colour, marred only by slight damage near top. Maybe done in transit as just wrapped in plastic no bubble wrap or from factory !!!! who knows”

Helpful Report

“Nice design and came very quickly from Water Butts Direct. Please with theior service aned value for money. However when I screwed in the tap it leaked at the joint. I had not crossed the thread or overtightened it. I had to drain down the water from the butt and remove the tap, re-sealing it with PTFE tape, which worked a treat.”

Helpful Report

“web site misleading re availability. Product very good”
