“Good Butt, good Stand, good butt link but could do better with instructions. Link intructions say put the locking nut inside the Butt but this would be foolish as the spouts would be inside the Butts. The child-proof lid was Adult-proof until I discovered I had it back to front - no instructions there.”

“We found the plastic extremely difficult to cut to match the pipe size & the inside of the butt had piece's of plastic left on around the inside of the butt. All the cutting took a very long time!! Otherwise ok.”

“The water butt and fittings arrived very quickly - at least 3 days earlier than promised. Safely packaged and friendly courier. Easy to assemble and looks good. It feels substantial, as if it will last for some time. Only negative is it is supplied with blank fittings to lnk to drain pipe. We wanted white which we ordered, as we could not find a way to swap the white for the black.”

“The product was fine, and a very prompt dispatch over the Christmas period. However you’d do yourself more credit if you didn’t use Evri for your deliveries. There was less than 15 mins. notice of the delivery slot, and they threw the package over my side fence. I’d rather pay for delivery with options to pick up at a local collection point than suffer their service - it’s doing your quality business no credit”

“I bought 2 water butts (sold as a pair). They are fine . They came with 2 diverter kits and stands which I didn't need. It would have been useful if they had had a connector kit (which I had to buy separately). Now they are both connected to my existing water butt and are full of water following the recent downpours.”
