“My order arrived in good time and the Water Butt seemed easy enough to fix up. Hopefully it will do the job, as soon as we have a decent amount of rain! Would have preferred a lid which fitted over the barrel. The disc is awkward to remove.”

“Initial problems placing an order for the 200l butt (using chrome, but no problem with Windows10), but prompt support provided. Thereafter, it went well - the butt arrived on the first day of the quoted range, well within the 1 hour time slot notified by text. The item was in perfect condition, with simple to follow instructions, and I had it assembled and in position in half an hour. I'm very happy with it; now I just need some rain!”

“Generally speaking pleased and it was easy to set up the water butts. However, we bought two and on one the tap did not fit properly except when turned the wrong way up. Needed string and sealant to work without dripping. Arrived in good time.”

“Butt delivered within time frame quoted. Instructions for putting it together almost non existent. Thankfully have someone who is very DIY friendly so could work out what to do. Pump not designed for use in butt as you have to remove the electric plug to pass through the hole provided for the cable. Now it is installed it does look very good though and I'm pleased.”

“Water butt arrived quickly and it and the diverter was easy to install. Unfortunately it’s leaking around the tap. I’ve already drained it (all 250L) to make sure I hadn’t missed screwing something on the inside (I hadn’t) and tightened it up and it’s still leaking. I’m waiting for some Plumber’s mait putty to arrive to seal the leak.”

“Delivery same day 2 separate delivery. The butt and the down pipe water conector. The hose with the Gutter Mate is very short, only if you have the butt next to the pipe is it long enough You can all way cut down a hose, but not make it longer. It or to be supplied with a 1 m house. The price covers the increase by 500mm.”
