“Received the shelf very quickly. I was surprised to see that the shelf had a slight slope to it that was no evident in the picture. Although, I suppose it would stop items rolling off :)”

“Very happy with The Tile Experience. I'd been looking for a specific size and type of tile at a reasonable price that I use in my artwork after my previous supplier stopped carrying them. Couldn't find anything for ages and then I found the Tile Experience. They stock exactly what I was looking for at roughly the same price as I'd previously been buying them for. Unfortunately, they were out of stock when I first found them so I rang thinking I'd hear the worst and that would no longer be carrying them. But no, they were on the way and advised me when to ring back to check on dates. I did so and they were back in stock sooner than expected! Placed my order online and next day delivery. So easy. But what was really nice was that when I rang I had to leave a message, which I did, but thinking that no one would get back to me. They did within the hour and were just so pleasant and helpful. I really appreciated the prompt and pleasant service despite not being a trade or other large buyer. Will definitely continue buying from them.”

“Quick delivery quality tiles. Really pleased with the tiles. Of 85 tiles 600x300 the ones I have unpacked around 10 of them have slight chips on the visible corners so have used these for cut offs. If I run out of perfect tiles to complete the project I will get back in touch with the tile experience.”
