“I did speak to Jack who rang me as I forgot to add delivery a payment. I described the size of my cottage garden patio ...he suggested 2 tins as the postage would be the same unfortunately they are only 1 litre tins so I'll have to reorder. Just a reminder to measure your area thoroughly before ordering.. Lithofin is an amazing stain proof but put it on with a kitchen sponge mop and wear 2 masks. Watch it soak up as you evenly spread it on then when it rains you will see the beads of water bouncing off. Never slosh it on with a broom!!!! It will takes months for the excess to soak in and spoils the new finish ...I won't say who did that to mine!!!”

“Tiles were received very quickly, but there was a problem as lots were broken couriers fault im sure contacted Tile Experience who replaced the broken tiles free of charge and again very quickly. Pleasure doing business with you and will be ordering again. Ps The product was just what I wanted. Brian Jones”

Having spoken to Royal Mail, it appears that your free sample order was sadly lost by them. We will happily resend you another one. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
