Website etc was fine but dpd delivery was 6 days. Should have used dhl or another that would be much more timely.

Fast delivery. Unfortunately the sealant colour advertised was nothing the colour that came out of the tube.

Positive: good range of tiles, prompt despatch of foc samples and next working day delivery of purchased tiles. Negative: pricing* and inaccurate availability indicator on their website (1200x600 tile). * The tile I wanted went from £23.99 to £29.99 to £44.89 over a 4 month period. Because of the out of stock situation I hunted for the same tile on the web and found it in stock and at less than the original price.

The products on offer and the quality of products are fine but the transport / delivery cost is simply outrageous and will prevent me from ordering from here again. Tradesmen tend not to worry becuase they just pass this cost to the customer but with so many options available today, delivery should not be this expensive.

The tile turned up in bubble wrap broken you need to improve your packaging if possible got another sample today packed in cardboard yours Gordon Hughes

So far I've only had one free tile as a test product. It came chipped in one corner. I only need 6 tiles to fill in a space in the bathroom. I am a bit wary of ordering them by courier because of this.

Fast delivery and good price but when they were delivered 6 out of 40 were broken. More the fault of careless delivery drivers I would imagine

Price was very good. Multiboards dispatched quickly and well packaged. But Palletways failed on next day delivery - ordered Wed expected delivery Fri, didn't receive it until Monday and had to cancel other plans because of it.

Placed two separate orders in the space of 12 hours for some samples of Listello trim. Contacted Tile Experience to see if order could be combined & within an hour had a reply to inform that their supplier had been asked to combine samples. However, these did NOT arrive next day as expected & five working days have now passed without delivery. This does not give confidence that full scale orders will be any different.

Ordering and selecting the tiles were easy. Paying easy. But delivery v poor waited on 2 delivery spots no one turned on the 3rd day delivery they came tiles were very well pack with cardboard and thick layer of bubble wrap even then the couriers have damaged one box of 100 tiles at least 21 broken. V. Poor handling.

Quick delivery of tile backer board, and trim delivered directly from manufacturer. Unfortunately the tile trim arrived bent, as cardboard tube Was bent during transit. Courier company DX is very poor - had terrible experience with them before when buying from another retailer. They do not take sufficient care of consignments. Do not use DX.

I took delivery of the tiles and took photos of the boxes which I noticed had some corner damaged when my tiler opened the boxes the corners were damaged. Fortunately, he said he could get over the damage I am surprised that there is no corner protection inside the boxes The tiler was also surprised they did not come supplied in a modular format.

Was not next day delivery, ordered Friday, arrived Tuesday. A couple of the tiles were broken
