Price was very good. Multiboards dispatched quickly and well packaged. But Palletways failed on next day delivery - ordered Wed expected delivery Fri, didn't receive it until Monday and had to cancel other plans because of it.

Placed two separate orders in the space of 12 hours for some samples of Listello trim. Contacted Tile Experience to see if order could be combined & within an hour had a reply to inform that their supplier had been asked to combine samples. However, these did NOT arrive next day as expected & five working days have now passed without delivery. This does not give confidence that full scale orders will be any different.

Ordering and selecting the tiles were easy. Paying easy. But delivery v poor waited on 2 delivery spots no one turned on the 3rd day delivery they came tiles were very well pack with cardboard and thick layer of bubble wrap even then the couriers have damaged one box of 100 tiles at least 21 broken. V. Poor handling.

Quick delivery of tile backer board, and trim delivered directly from manufacturer. Unfortunately the tile trim arrived bent, as cardboard tube Was bent during transit. Courier company DX is very poor - had terrible experience with them before when buying from another retailer. They do not take sufficient care of consignments. Do not use DX.

I took delivery of the tiles and took photos of the boxes which I noticed had some corner damaged when my tiler opened the boxes the corners were damaged. Fortunately, he said he could get over the damage I am surprised that there is no corner protection inside the boxes The tiler was also surprised they did not come supplied in a modular format.

The products and efficiency of delivery are excellent. Sadly packaging really lets them down. Our delivery contained a tub of dry fixative that was left to slide up and down the tunnel made of the matting we purchased. The outcome was the fixative did indeed slide up and down which caused the fixative lid to burst and the content to cover everything with in the parcel. By the time it was delivered onto my wooden deck most do the fixative had drained from the packages and rest sat in the rain which of course then went hard over night! They were super fast at replacing the fixative which turned up in a box which when opened had the fixative packed upside with the bottom facing up. Fortunately this one had not spilled out.

It's hard to say. I ordered a sample, which I would have been willing to pay for, but which was free. What arrived was a pale blue tile the size of a coaster. I didn't get any idea of the marbling effect, or what the gold would look like. I mean it was no effort to me - but I couldn't possibly decide to buy based on what I got. I emailed to ask if there was another way to get a sample and didn't hear back.

Recently purchased an item from Tile Experience. Ordering was very easy but the delivery wasn't. Thankfully dealing with the company (Lee) regarding this issue was excellent and very communicative. As the delivery cost was a lot more than normal, I was disappointed with the handling. Had it not been for that I would have rated it five star. Please sort out your delivery company. They need to allow communication in order to change times if the person isn't home and leave a note to say delivery was attempted. Without that, how is the customer to know what is going on.

Ordered a Shower Niche and paid for next day delivery, which didn't happen. On receiving the goods, the Box it was packaged in had clearly been squashed and the corner of the Niche was damaged. The product is as described in size, shape and construction but should be protected by bubble wrap to avoid damage in post. Luckily I also bought the waterproof tape which was used to cover up the damage. Cost of product is competitive but I'd rather pay an extra pound or two to get it undamaged.

Room for improvement. Ordered 138 tiles plus adhesive/grout for a little job on a hearth 36 tiles turned up damaged due to inadequate packaging. Nobody answers the phone, had to find the company on social media and ask for them to call me. Advisor seemed annoyed that I was calling about receiving a box full of broken bits I took an additional email but replacements were sent, they took twice as long to arrive as the original order and again arrived with another five damaged. Managed to use damaged ones for cuts and inconspicuous areas as I'd already run out of time and patience. Tiles are beautiful, it really is a shame that the packaging is so poor. (Fragile items in a thin single wall box wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap?, An extra quid on packaging would have saved £70+ in replacements 🤷🏻‍♂️)

Overall, placing an order was a simple and painless process. However, it would be great if I actually had received the item I have paid for, but as yet, nothing. This poor review has been received due to the garbage service provided by the APC courier you use. When a text message is sent to a customer to inform them of a specific delivery day and time, (which arguably keeps a person locked to their home address) but then does not show up, it simply isn't good enough. If it had arrived as stated, then I would have given 5 stars. Let's wait and see if the product turns up. A little disappointing so far.
