“4mm tile board was fine and as expected. I only needed a few boards as I'd short ordered from a local supplier and picked Tile Experience for the next day delivery as the tiler was going to still be on site the following day. Unfortunately the courier, APC did not attempt to deliver the next day, so it arrived the day after.”

“I had ordered a few tile samples from the website but unfortunately they were not packed well and arrived broken in the box. So it was a bit of a disappointment for me. Although have a good range of tiles to choose from on the website. Maybe next time packaging is better.”

“Would have liked not to have found mapie s1 adhesive cheaper at Toolstation seeing as you are supposed to be trade and the waiting around at the warehouse is far to long as nobody comes over to see if you need serving, they just look at you and carry on what they are doing until you call someone loudly.”

“The first package was supposedly delivered by DPD but not delivered with care and then stolen. Customer services then arranged quickly for a replacement package. Unfortunately, one of which had a leak in but the customer services at the Tile Experience said they would not replace or refund it because it was beyond 14 days. Disappointing because I am not on site to be able to keep on top of such details.”

“I tried to order sample 4"×4" grey tile You sent 6"×6" although the tile was wrong size it was wrong shade too Thanx for sample though”

“There was a delay with the courier and I had to contact them as the parcel was held in East Midlands for 5 days. Unfortunately the profiles were not suitable for the place we wanted them for. We are finding it difficult to find an appropriate product.”

“Positive: good range of tiles, prompt despatch of foc samples and next working day delivery of purchased tiles. Negative: pricing* and inaccurate availability indicator on their website (1200x600 tile). * The tile I wanted went from £23.99 to £29.99 to £44.89 over a 4 month period. Because of the out of stock situation I hunted for the same tile on the web and found it in stock and at less than the original price.”

“The products on offer and the quality of products are fine but the transport / delivery cost is simply outrageous and will prevent me from ordering from here again. Tradesmen tend not to worry becuase they just pass this cost to the customer but with so many options available today, delivery should not be this expensive.”

“So far I've only had one free tile as a test product. It came chipped in one corner. I only need 6 tiles to fill in a space in the bathroom. I am a bit wary of ordering them by courier because of this.”
