Good prices, and quality materials. Delivery is charged at next day rates but isn't next day. The web site makes a big issue about next day delivery if ordered before 12.00 noon, and there's no option to have economy delivery if under 50Kg, so you're stuck with paying premium delivery plus have to be available to check & sign for at any time between 8am & 5pm...so that's your next day wasted waiting in for nothing, and no progress on the project. But the very small print at the bottom of the web page it says next day is not guaranteed, because the couriers are beyond Tile Experiences control. So in summary why mess your customers about just so you can charge premium rates for something you can't achieve?
