“Would have liked not to have found mapie s1 adhesive cheaper at Toolstation seeing as you are supposed to be trade and the waiting around at the warehouse is far to long as nobody comes over to see if you need serving, they just look at you and carry on what they are doing until you call someone loudly.”

“Until now I have bought Marmox direct from the manufacturer, but they don't offer this service any more. After searching around, Tile Experience offered the best price, taking delivery into account. The 20mm usually comes in boxes of 5, so, as my order was 15 sheets, I was expecting 3 boxes. There were more boxes, 5 I think, that had been re-taped up. A couple of sheets were slightly bowed which meant having to use Marmox wall fixings on those, which I was trying to avoid, using adhesive on the rest. Other than that, no issues.”

“Excellent service. Made sure I got my order in time for the Easter bank holiday after a mix up with their stock levels. It meant I could continue with my project without delay. “The first package was supposedly delivered by DPD but not delivered with care and then stolen. Customer services then arranged quickly for a replacement package. Unfortunately, one of which had a leak in but the customer services at the Tile Experience said they would not replace or refund it because it was beyond 14 days. Disappointing because I am not on site to be able to keep on top of such details.”
