“Finding what I wanted and ordering was easy however what I order stated it had to come from the supplier so will be 2-3 days which was fine but the delivery options only gave me collection which wasn't viable or £18 for next day delivery so I had to pay £18 delivery even though I wasn't coming next day also the box was bent and therefore the tile trims were also bent, obviously not the fault of the tile experience”

“I had ordered some tiles to replace broken ones in my kitchen, when the tiler arrived he recommended replacing all tiles as the adhesive was loose all over the floor. I contacted the tile experience and explained the problem, they gave me a full refund on the 10 tiles ordered without quibble. Very happy with this company and I will be ordering my new tiles for the entire floor from them. Great service”
