“Tile Experience team were super responsive and super helpful. Mailed me on a weekend as soon as they were aware that there was a fault with the stock on tiles they had. Although I didn't get the tiles I wanted due to my project constraints on schedule and the availability of new stock, the team were easy to communicate with and we collected directly from the warehouse in Croydon within 30min of ordering on the same day”

“I order 2 tiles, both arrived within 48 hours. I had a couple of queries. I emailed and had a response within 10 minutes. Brilliant service and lovely quality and range of tiles. I will be purchasing one of the sample range for my bathroom refurb.”

“4mm tile board was fine and as expected. I only needed a few boards as I'd short ordered from a local supplier and picked Tile Experience for the next day delivery as the tiler was going to still be on site the following day. Unfortunately the courier, APC did not attempt to deliver the next day, so it arrived the day after.”

“Really good. Had the tiles I needed that no one else seems to stock, was able to confirm over the phone they had enough for collection right away. Also called back to check collection Vs delivery as my address is no where near the collection point. But having someone else collect on my behalf but was nice of them to check I hadn't made a mistake.”

“Really prompt dispatch and delivery of free sample. This was a whole tile, not just a cut piece - which is super helpful. Unfortunately, the tile doesn't match the others I'm trying to match to, but would definitely use them again.”
