The tiles were ok, but they "were delivered" with 3 broken.

Although the delivery was prompt as promised I was disappointed with the amount of damaged bags in the middle of the pallet which means the bags were loaded on damaged, had to write off and clean up 3-4 bags of adhesive.

Recently requested a couple of samples from Tile Experience and although I appreciate these are fre samples, having them arrive in multiple pieces was extremely disappointing. Again I appreciate this could have happened in transit but they weren't protected very well with a thin wrapping of bubble wrap around them and in a padded envelope. Even more disappointing is the lack of website update. The tile we wanted showed "in stock" but the next day "out of stock." We contacted the seller via phone to be advised they are indeed out of stock and they had no idea when they'd be coming back in stock. An hour later website shows "in stock." Yet another phonecall confirmed no stock.

The marmox boards were delivered promptly but badly damaged and unusable. I informed the tile experience by email as no customer service over the phone there has not been a response and I’m left with a broken product. A company should’ve judged by their after sales hence only 2 stars. I await a response

product is good, i ordered 9meters but only received 8.5, the sheeting material was badly cut and only held together by a single round of tape, no protection to product and delivery left in our yard no contact with me to say it was delvered.no inspection possible until I found it on the floor.

Product did not work as described. Instead of intensifying the colour of my natural slate paving it just darkened it, then a white bloom came, which meant removing the product again and starting over with something different. Very disappointing.

The tiles I purchased were advertised as 100mm x 100mm whereas the ones delivered are only 95mm x 95mm, I specifically wanted 100mm x 100mm to replace some existing tiles of the same size so was disappointed.

Most of my tiles arrived broken. Packaging very poor. Just put in box and covered in brown wrapping paper. Should have been at least bubble wrapped. Had to ask for replacement tiles.

Next day delivery didn't happen. The following day the courier didn't phone ahead, as promised, before arriving at the site. He then decided that the vehicle was too large to get to site (ridiculous as plenty of other vehicles of similar size had managed it) and drove away. . He wasn't prepared to deliver to a more accessible site offered nearby as this messed up his schedule. Finally arrived three days later (admittedly the weekend was in between). Would give this one star except that Jack at Tile Experience busted a gut to try to get the courier company to deliver within a reasonable time.

Recently ordered pack of 22 brown authentic quarry tiles which i received BUT also ordered and paid for 9 x brown authentic tiles with one rounded edge from the Tileperience site to be advised that these were unavailable even though they are listed on e bay as available but at a vastly inflated price From memory your own site listed them @ £2.10 each and on ebay the same item is shown @ £4.95 each !!!! which i think is exhorbitant As the order placed on the Tilexperience site was accepted and money paid do you not think that the price of £2.10 should be honoured ??? I also enquired about getting 4 x square edge extra 150mm sq x 12mm thick authentic brown tiles but cannot find them available on either Ebay or your own site Question What use are the pack of 22 that i have received if i cannot purchase the single extra 4 tiles and the 9 single rounded edge tiles that are needed to complete the job Grumpy customer Grrr

3 days for a £12 next day delivery on a small box of tiles and when they finally arrived one was broke in half and 3 were chipped.

received porcelain tile adhesive but with a hole right through the plastic bag and the paper bag, the courier dropped it at my front door with the door open thus some of the adhesive spilling out onto the floor inside, my wife was'nt happy at all. I've patched the hole up in the bag with gaffer tape, just hope the adhesive does'nt go off before its time to use it.

Wrong size boards sent out. Paperwork stated 30mm as requested, 40mm Actually delivered!

Previously had a good experience. Unfortunately I have just received the consignment I ordered and they are broken. I have emailed them with my complaint and waiting for reply and outcome.

I found the experience of purchasing from this company easy and straight forward with a very quick delivery turn round we have a problem with one of the items which we are awaiting a outcome so I will hold back on my satisfaction rating
