I ordered a couple of sample tiles and they BOTH arrived broken. Which I’m not surprised about when it came in thin packaging with no protection. I’d rather of paid for the samples if I knew they’d turn up in one piece.

Ordered an item on Monday 18th December which was due to be delivered 1-2days. This is Saturday 23rd December and still no delivery. Is this acceptable?

Good Afternoon, Sincere apologies regarding this. It was shipped on time via the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service that we use for samples. Having spoken to Royal Mail, it appears that your free sample order was sadly lost by them. We will happily resend you another one. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

The item arrived poorly packaged and broken. Tried calling several times to report issue but they do not answer the phone. Left a message but no callback or email. I had to source a replacement locally at my own expense. Very dissatisfied. It was a very poor tile experience

I would love to give you a great review if I had received my purchase but I was told they was being delivered between 13-15 and 15-15on Thursday 12th and they did not deliver and still haven’t.the delivery company was APC and I am not very happy as I needed them to fit on Friday!!

Hi Neil, Sincere apologies that you did not receive your order when expected. The order was dispatched on time so as you say should have been with you before the weekend. We had no communication from APC so did not realise you had not received your delivery until we saw your review. We always aim to fulfil our next day promise, however sadly sometimes things do happen that are beyond our control.

I placed the order online where i received wrong parts as web was wrong designed , so beter to order it directly from the shop !

First tile sample arrived broken as it was just packaged in a Jiffy bag with a single wrap of bubblewrap. Contacted Tile Experience who sent out the same sample again. It also arrived packaged in the same way. Unsurprisingly it was also broken in half. It doesn’t bode well…!

Unfortunately you don’t make your pricing clear, that it’s per tile and not per square metre until Therefore the tile is too expensive. Disappointing as the sample tile is nice

Made an order on the 13/05/2022 for next day delivery for monday. Got a call the same day I made the order to inform me that they will deliver for the Tuesday due to stock. However, they delivered at 4:30pm which has left me behind programme on my project due to no materials on site. When I contacted to chase my order sales agent was not professional and kept saying I quote"complaints email is the following" did not want to take ownership in helping me with my problem. I was going to make a credit account due to lots of purchases I make, however, due to bad customer service I have had a change of heart.

If you offer next day delivery on an item, then it should be next day delivery. If you send an order confirmation stating that I will notified when the order is dispached and provided with tracking info, then that's what I expect to receive. Reader: neither of these things happaned. When I have to call you to ask where my item is, I can do without the facetious response asking how much I paid for next day delivery (£7.20), before being told it was sent Royal Mail first class and implying that I got what I paid for. Spoiler: Royal Mail first class is not next day delivery. You can spend money on a nice logo and a chummy website: but if you don't do what you say you were going to do or show some contrition when mistakes happen then your brand is just all fur coat and no knickers. Do better.

Order paid for next day delivery. It didn't come at all. Contact with the sales department heavy. I do not recommend.
