So far I am not impressed at all. I haven't ordered from shower panels before. So far I've been charged £15 shipping when it should have been free. After 10 days of no communication they ignored 2 emails questioning the shipping charge. On calling them I have been told the delivery is scheduled for this Monday, luckily the chap read out the postcode as this was completely wrong, so would never have got to me. Incidentally the postcode was correct on the order, just not the delivery address. I have no confirmation of the delivery as described in their delivery terms. Really poor and I am not likely to reorder panels from this firm again based on this experience. The £15 was refunded promptly after I called on the phone, but no apology given for ignoring the 2 emails.

Very disappointed. 10mm silver trim is just white trim with very badly applied silver sticky tape. Looks like a child has made it- rubbish.

Would not recommend this supplier nor would I order again. I ordered 4 shower panels with the end and corner trims. The website stated 10 days delivery, which was fine so I ordered and waiting 10 working days. When they hadn't arrived I emailed just to see what was happening. I then got a rude email to say they had delivered it and sent me proof of a signature which was not mine. However I had received no emails about this delivery either. They then said they would resend my order which was done prompt the next day. However these arrived in a box which was ripped and falli g apart and all 4 panels were in opened boxes, all broken. I emailed again and they said they would get back to me, then never did so I chased again and they said they would send a replacement. So just over 3 weeks after my initial order I finally received the panels however, yet again there was no delivery information and I found them outside my property soaked through the box and once opened all broken again. I had my builders waiting to install these so the delay was costing me money and still nothing to use. I emailed again to complain and asked for a solution. 7 working days later they had not replied so I emailed asking for a full refund. They acknowledged fault straight away and issued the refund. This has been a really painful experience and I will start my look elsewhere. I thought reading the reviews this was going to straightforward and a quality product. Beware, they are very flimsy and their delivery courier have no care when handling.

Hi Amy - First and foremost, sincere apologies that this has happened to you. This is not the service that we aim for. We do send the odd orders out via courier service when the postcodes are not within reach of our own van delivery postcodes & unfortunately for you this has been the case and furthermore you have received damaged goods on a handful of occasions here which is very rare. We do apologise once again, I can see that you have been fully refunded now, hopefully you will be able to get your bathroom sorted out soon. The Panel Company.

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish (and it's not even finished). I ordered panels and trims adding instructions to send after a specific delivery day because I was on holiday and I like to inspect goods for damage or missing parts as it so often happens these days. They ignored that and sent them anyway. They also missed off the first line of my address so I missed a call from the courier in my street, not knowing where to deliver. By pure chance my daughter was in, saw a driver outside and realised that it might be for me. When I got home, I found there were some trims missing. They apologised and said they'd be sent straight away. I waited and waited... nothing turned up. After few more days wait (and an increasingly impatient customer) they said that the order was delivered and completely ignored my previous email about parts missing being sent out (so that was a lie then). Getting through to customer services is impossible - I gave up after half an hour of being told how important my call is to them. Clearly it isn't. The customer has lost all faith in me now and I have in turn lost faith with these cowboys. I have today requested the missing parts or a refund so I can go buy the parts I need from a proper company and give my customer a massive discount on fitting. In future I'll go to ebay or Amazon etc... somewhere that has the minutest idea about what customer service really is.

Hi - Having spoken to the customer service team it transpires that we did in fact send the order out too early - however all parts of the order were delivered and no such refund was actioned due to missing parts, you did in fact receive the whole order. Ordered samples that never arrived, contacted and more sent out and by the time the 2nd lot turned up after 3 weeks, the one I like is now out of stock. Waste of the small sample delivery fee. Ordered else where.

Hi, We are extremely sorry to hear you never received your first set of samples and the next ones were delayed. I can see these were dispatched on time but unfortunately were delayed by royal mail. The reason for my low rating is that the customer service is basically non-existent. The panels were good value and the website was very clear. Ordering was easy. Sadly, some of the panels came damaged which I understand can happen at times. As above though, the customer service response was awful. I called on the day about the panels being damaged, I explained that I did not have time to wait for a replacement and would try to work around the damage, however, I am disappointed and don't feel happy paying full price for damaged products. The person on the phone sounded helpful and said that they would arrange a partial refund. He gave me an email address to file the complaint and attach the photos. I received an automated email immediately which sounded like they were on top of it, but have now had absolutely zero contact. That was 6 weeks ago. I even sent an email 4 weeks ago asking for an update but still no reply. Being completely ignored is not okay and I have, to be honest, never experienced such bad service anywhere else.

I have to be honest and say the service I have received has Been terrible. I ordered 8x dark grey marble panels and only 6 arrived and 2 others of a completely different colour. The dark grey is not how it appears on the website and so is misleading. I was told the correct ones would be delivered and the wrong ones collected. When the next delivery arrived 8 x white ceiling panels were delivered which again is totally wrong and the driver refused to collect the wrong ones. I now have 10 incorrect panels in the house. Apparently the right ones will be delivered tomorrow and the others taken away. I know mistakes happen but this is unacceptable and has caused stress as I have been without a working bathroom for over a week and have been chasing this issue. Regards Gavin

Never leave reviews but felt this company warrenty one. The delivery was late. The phone wasn't answered when I contacted them. I was expecting white brick design panels as shown on line but they had a grey tinge to them. The board was very flimsy and the trim had no strength to them. As soon as I saw them I wanted to return them but after reading the returns policy felt it was more bother then it was worth. I havnt used them instead bought some more locally which I am really pleased with.

Hi - Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - bad or good we like to hear feedback to help us improve. With regards to the panel not being what you expected, we offer a samples service online to avoid customers being disappointed (like with your case) - We always advise strongly that a customer order samples prior to purchase so that they can see and feel the product they will be receiving (this heavily avoids disappointment), as the samples are an actual cut of the actual panel. With the panel you had ordered it is clearly stipulated on the product listing that the panel is a 'flat surface & non-textured' - also the actual product title was 'Dumapan SMP Metro 2 Tile' nowhere does this stipulate a "Brick Design' you talk about. In terms of our returns policy > these items are not small goods you can drop off at a local postal office for return - a lot goes into logistics to get goods to customers and in most cases we can not re-sell the goods returned to us. Again we always advise our customers to make sure that they have ordered the right quantities to avoid surplus product. Ordered samples, with intention of purchasing panels, samples did not arrive wasted £3.98, after that experience will not be bothering to order panels. Total waste of time and money.

Ordered October an was only informed of delay when I enquired no customer service bathroom without shower because u said 5.7 days delivery so was stripped ready.also told to ring ASAP which did only to be fobbed off on answer machine an no reply since.will be asking for refund. Very disappointing.

Due to covid our project was delayed. Just over 3 months after delivery we realised our purchase was damaged. Contacted The Panel Company and they were no help at all.

Hi, We can see that you placed an order on December the 30th, this was dispatched on January 4th. Over 3 months since the order has arrived you are claiming the panels are damaged. Unfortunately, due to the elapsed time these items have been in your possession, we can not be responsible for the damages. If I can draw your attention to the returns page which clearly states the following... " If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt" Our delivery page also states the following... "We highly recommend that if you are not fitting the panels yourself, you arrange a fitting service after the panels have arrived at the delivery address and have been checked over for damages" Unfortunately, after such timeframes, we are unable to accept damage requests. Nice panels but poor customer service. When my panels arrived I received a pack of 4 and then a single panel which was a different colour. I contacted them and was told they apologised and would send a replacement. After that I have had no contact from them despite several attempts to chase up my replacement. They have ignored all subsequent emails and you can never get through on the phone. The only contact I have had was an email to leave this review!

Avoid this company at all costs. My experience with them was a nightmare. There was no communication at all on their end about when I would receive my shower panels. I tried emailing them to find out and heard nothing back from them. I tried ringing them and was told that they were having stock issues. Well then don't list items as "Available now!" if you don't have them. It's not hard! Ended up having to wait 14 days to finally get my order and they sent me the wrong size panel trims! I'll buy the correct sized trims elsewhere - I can't afford to wait another 2 weeks for a replacement that may or may not actually be what I ordered.

Terrible company to deal with don’t answer the phones nor do they return calls when messages are left come Is terrible I am trying to get my money refunded but no reply I have now asked PayPal to step in couldn’t give me a delivery date when I eventually talked to a where house man please avoid this company I ordered my panels somewhere else and got delivery the next day what a difference

Waiting for delivery of panels, currently been 2 weeks, called 10 + times , on hold for approximately 45-60mins then just cuts you off, there is a option to leave a message which we have, but no reply. Really frustrating won’t be using them again!

I ordered panels and trims in early August. When they hadn't arrived by the end of August, I sent an email and got a standard reply saying all is in order and deliveries are being made. In September when I still had not received my panels, I phoned the Panel Company and was told that my panels had been sent out in early August but had been lost by the couriers. At no point did the panel company or their couriers inform me at the time. In fact, the panel company staff just blamed their couriers, saying they are always having problems with them! I was told a new shipment was due in in a week or so, so I decided to wait. Again I received no communication so phoned the company only to be told the shipment didn't arrive and that the panel company could not say when my panels would be in stock. This has impacted on my company's reputation with my customer and has prevented my customer from moving into their new house for over 2 months. I have received a refund for the panels but the company has failed to respond to my request for some form of compensation for my customers. There is no excuse for poor communication and such a low standard of customer service.

Hi Condico Plumbing Services, First of all thanks for the review, Positive or negative this always helps us to try and improve our service. however there isn't much we can do in this case, based on distance and order locations orders are sent either via courier or own van, Once an order has been marked for a courier the order is packed and once collected by the courier a notification is sent to the customer. We let all customers know on the delivery page that orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. Due to the large scale dispatch system, we have you can imagine it's pretty much impossible to track every single order to the customer's door and monitor it for issues or in this case the parcel being lost. We can however look into it when a customer lets us know they have yet to receive the order. We would have expected the majority of customers to give us a call if they had not received their order within 1 month of it being dispatched. By the time we had been informed your order never arrived, we were out of stock of this panel. We were due a shipment in however due to the current situation. our goods in are very unpredictable and in this case, the shipment was delayed. We did however process a full refund. We did not just blame the courier, in this case, we passed your item on to the courier and they lost it, which concludes it was their fault in this case. However, we did our best to rectify the issue for you and when we couldn't provide you with a full refund. Terrible experience with this company. Ordered some shower panels for my customer after a week I had to chase my order continuously. No care what so ever by the company. I was told three stories, one my order was coming the next day, two it was in transit but lost then finally they come clean and said my panels wasn't in stock. Bearing in mind I had taken the bathroom out and was waiting for the panles as promised. The only good point was they refunded my £440 very quickly. I never write reviews but this was a Nightmare.

Hi Kg, You contacted us 5 working days after placing your order to chase it up. Your order was dispatched with our courier, Once it has left us we no longer receive notifications of its whereabouts. It is not because we "don't care" but rather because we don't have a need to unless a customer contacts us. When you spoke to use your order was marked for a delivery the next day. the next time we made contact with you once we checked the tracking again it was marked that the courier had "lost it in transit" Which is unfortunate and we do apologise for that we tried to rectify this by resending your order unfortunately you had ordered a popular panel and we were awaiting more stock. This was not a fact of us lying to you and never having stock. Once you place your order the stock is removed from our site and immediately marked up in our warehouse. Unfortunately these were lost by our courier which is out of our hands. However you did find an alternative supplier and you were refunded immediately. Given the circumstances that the issue occured out of our hands, and we done our best to help you, we feel 1 star is a bit harsh. Regards, The Panel Company

First delivery I had sent out half of the order was missing and the panelling was left in my front garden so I finally got hold of someone and they said someone would ring back but didn’t hear anything, phoned to be told they will resend the items, my items turned up a few days later once again left in my front garden in the rain and went to install two days later and all four panels were damaged so I now have a bathroom suite with no panelling 😡. Save your money and shop around

Hi, Due to us not having one of our own vans in the area your order was sent with our courrier, Unfortunately once we dispatch the order the rest of the journey is out of our hands. We can not be responsible for a delivery company's actions. When our customers have a bad experience with their delivery we will try our best to resolve it. i can see that a refund was processed for your order. Unfortunately due to the size of the item and the fact it cannot be stacked we are limited to which courier we use and sometimes have to deal with the issues that arise by using them. Usually the only reason they would be left outside is if the driver deemed it safe and there was no one home. Many Thanks The Panel Company

Terrible delivery and customer service experience. When your driver delivered the panels he pushed the house front door in a way that the hinge came off and then he left me there struggling holding the door and didn’t help to put it back, telling me it was not his fault. In the end I have to call a neighbour as it was too heavy to do it on my own. Your driver didn’t even stop to check that the delivery was correct as he said he couldn’t park which it was a lie as there were spaces at the bottom of the street I kept asking him to park to check the delivery order but he kept telling me to walk to his van (that was stop blocking the road) to discuss it. All this as I was holding the front door on my own to stop falling. He then he swear at me and drove off leaving me struggling with the door and with the delivery unchecked. Then I received a call from your company. The person on the phone was really defensive and he ended hanging the telephone on me. I then tried to call your customer services and after waiting 15 minutes listening to the automatic message “your call is very important to us” the call cut off. A terrible experience. Never again.
