“Extremely pleased with the panels supplied by the Panel Company. Delivery was on time and the panels were well packaged. Anyone with a reasonable amount of DIY skills and the right tools would be able to install them.”

“Truly appalling customer service. I ordered some panels and they were delivered fine, took a little while longer than I hoped, but good. Then my builder pointed out that I had underordered and I needed 4 more urgently. This is where the wheels fell off. I tried ordering online, but despite the website offering express delivery, this wasn't an option at checkout. So I called them......wow felt like a lifetime passed before they answered. Then they confirmed they didn't do express, suggested that if I needed in a hurry call my nearest retailer, rent a van and go pick up em up. OK so my nearest one (Dartford) was just over an hour away. Called them, each time phone rang for over 20 mins. Eventually on third wait of 20 answered. "yes computer says we have them in stock, but computer doesn't always match reality so call the showroom" she then gave me a mobile number for the showroom. No one answered that......ever. I called back another 20 mins wait. "no one answered the mobile" "oh I know he's super busy and there's only one person there". Aiieeeee. So what to do, maybe I'll take a gamble, enter an online order with pickup in Dartford. Order confirmed "we'll email you when your order is ready for collection". A week later, still nothing. I've emailed them several times and the Customer Service agent (who I've now guessed is AI) apoogises profusely, says they will escalate to management and promises a call back the same day. Same thing three days running, nothing!!!! The AI writing cheques the lazy humans can't cash. So all my trades are backed up, builder has walked off, plumber delayed and annoyed. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THE PANEL COMPANY.”

“The product is ok - when you can get hold of it. We had an order for 7 panels, 1 turned up damaged. Ordered another 3. The replacement couldn’t be sent with the new order. Then the replacement arrived and it was the wrong one. Waited in today for reshipment of the replacement (again) and it’s still not arrived and the additional order for the 3 still hasn’t even been dispatched. So my bathroom has now been waiting for these panels since 29 Sept. everything comes from china obviously and it just means slow progress and constant ‘holding statements’ on shipping. Shame as I fell for the AI customer service bot. And it’s ludicrous that things take this long when you’re told 4-7 days”

We can see your original order placed on 29th September was delivered on 12th October, and your additional order placed on 13th October is on standard delivery and still within its delivery timeframe. However, we're very sorry that one panel arrived damaged and that there has been a mix-up with your replacement. We understand how frustrating this is with your bathroom on hold. “Have to say this Company was excellent to deal with . Breda was amazing always responded very quickly to the few queries etc. Got emails re delivery times etc and the drivers were great too. Will be definitely recommending THE PANEL COMPANY to friends. Panels were good value and great range of options. The Panels were wrapped very well absolutely no damage.”

“i was very impressed from the staff in the store at Rotherham which were very helpfull ,to the staff on the phones regarding our delivery . On the day of the delivery the driver was on time and was very careful with our panels and was very coutious”
