Ordered the grey ceiling boards a few times now. Recently had a batch that were a completely different finish and sheen. They also have started being delivered without square edges resulting in extra wastage having to trim them square before install. Orders received since have been back to the original quality...

Unfortunately my order was lost and so my order for shutters was then delayed. Gave three stars as once I contacted them, they did turn it around

Sent a pack of the wrong panels and the instructions are as poor as instructions come. Have to be careful screwing stuff into them as they can crack. Good idea and look great just not convinced they will remain water tight for a long time but may be down to lack of experience as first time fitting them hence why a good set of clear instructions accounting for all wall types and shapes would have helped. The company have agreed to swap panels so no issues with ordering from here.

Looks a good price for panels just disappointed it is going to take well over 3 weeks for delivery if I knew it would have taken so long for delivery I would have went somewhere else

The staff were lovely and very helpfull .However the panels have not been unpacked yet so I can't really comment on anything else.

Good order checking by office staff saved us receiving wrong parts - so good Unfortunately panels were not supplied in 4-7 days delivery time frame But delivery was as and when received so it's a good company but just needs to be a bit more up front about product availability And good pricing so thanks as panels look very good

Great product. The panels being discounted and reasonably priced is slightly misleading. The costs of the trim’s, adhesive, ends caps ended up being 40% on top of the panel order…… my panels also took 9 working days to arrive. No body’s notified me they wouldn’t be delivered in the 3-7 day period advertised online. The panels themselves are great, easy to install etc

First the good. Quality good. Price good. Looks well in the bathroom. Customer service initially was very good from order to delivery. Order arrived in timely manner. Packaging intact. Delivery driver excellent, very pleasant. Not so good. Having been told any over order could be returned in original undamaged packaging, I attempted to return a selection of aluminium trims (£140 worth) still in their plastic wrappers to be informed refund wasn’t possible as the “30day period” had expired. First I’d heard of this. I declined the offer to hand them back without refund, no doubt to be resold. Shame as I would have used this company again. No point trying to return the spare panel (£60 worth).

Delivery took 11 working days, no replies to emails especially when sending a photo of a panel which arrived damaged. The good panels look great.

Very happy with ease of purchase, communication and delivery. However, the panels themselves were thin and flimsy and had a tendency to bend away from the wall whilst trying to stick them down. A small bathroom required 16 tubes of glue (£100 extra expense), and the use of props to keep the panels in contact with the wall whilst drying. I certainly wouldn't recommend that particular panel to anyone.

Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback. When fitting a panel, they shouldnt bend away from the wall but as they are 2.7M long there will be a degree of flex. The first panel is fitted in place securely and ideally you secure with a small screw or pin in the rear tab but even in the absence of a mechanical fixing the adhesive should give you instant grab...so the panel will adhere to the wall and not bend off the wall. After the first panel is fitted, the second and subsequent panels are fitted into each other and that will help secure the panels whilst the adhesive cures but if you use a screw or pin in the rear tab that locks the panel in place. With regards the cost of the adhesive. It really does depend on what adhesive you use and what the existing wall covering is. We have Pink Grip available at a great price of just over £4 a tube so if you used this adhesive it would cost far less than the £100. The panels are superb. But the lack of notice on delivery was annoying. There's no point sending a message after your offices have closed telling me that the panels will be delivered the next day! This has happened twice and I've had to desperately move my calendar about to accommodate you. More notice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Great product, very good quality. But... Giving customers less than 24 hours notice for delivery is not good. I had 2 separate orders, delivered on different days and on both occasions I had a text message from you after 5pm the day before delivery telling me that the product would be arriving the next day. Not ideal! I had to rearrange meetings etc. to make sure that I was at home!

Purchased the Charcoal Slat wall panels for a media tv wall, 4 x 600mm panels Ordered on 2nd December, delivered on 11th December. A set of 2 panels were in a sealed box and the other 2 were in bubble wrap. On 16th December started the install, took the bubble wrap off and found as there was nothing layered in-between the panels, the wood faces had scuffed each other also at one end 3 slats had chips missing, was I sent returned/rejected items as were not in the official boxing? The pink grip adhesive worked great as long as you are careful not to get it on the frontside of the black felt. One gripe I had is the porous nature of the finished veneer, when installing my forehead made contact with the panel and left a sweat/grease mark that I cannot remove. Overall the finished affect is impressive and the TV covers the scuff marks.

Excellent product, really easy to use with great result. Unfortunately the delivery date twas vague and took a long time, then when it eventually arrived not all required products were delivered. Customer services couldn’t care less….sadly unable to recommend due to these issues

I give a 3 for now as the customer service is not amazing, due to the lack of communication, I am still awaiting my order to arrive. I had to chase them to then being informed that is out of stock and the delivery will be delayed. Obviously would have beign useful to get a notification of this before I start chasing them. As now I need to change all the plans for the work and the handyman that was going to do the work. Hopefully the materials is good 🤞

Panels have poorly cut top and bottom edges, both required me to trim off as they would be on show, other than that the panel are sturdy, look good and delivery was very quick. Unable to add photos to show as review crashes!

My first experience of using the panel company was not the best I’m afraid. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery and had to chase twice for a delivery date. When my items arrived, the wrong twins had been sent. My workmen were already working on the room so had to down tools until the correct trims arrived. I was originally told that they would be courier back the same afternoon but later told that it would be the next day. They arrived at 11:30 the following day! The panels were in my hallway and the driver said those trims won’t fit those boards but on check king his paperwork he apologised as they were the correct trims. We were one board short and rang to ask if we could buy just one board. We were told that it was a special order (this was first we’d heard this) and wouldn’t know if it was even in stock for 24 hours. If it was in stock we would need to buy a pack as they are not sold individually. All in all, not a great experience I’m afraid.
