“Delivery in time but 2 of six pannel was damaged. Corners are delivered different then ordered. Its takes long time to deliver replacement of damaged panels.”

“The panels are good enough but not the quality they used to be. I ordered some in 2024 and ordered more, using the same link, in 2025 and the quality is noticeably different. There is less wood grain effect on the new ones and there is a slight but noticeable colour difference. Which is frustrating as the newly ordered ones are next to my older ones.”

“The products where perfect, delivery on the other hand... £250 per panel, 4 panels £1,000 and they didnt even come wrapped up! £50 panels come fully wrapped in cardboard...”

“I only ordered a sample. There’s nothing wrong with it at all, it was good quality, the panel's would be very inexpensive compared to the ones you buy from the tile shop which are exactly the same thing but 5 times the price!! They’re just not what I was looking for. But overall nothing wrong with them, it comes down to personal choice.”

“the panels were perfect,however the delivery time was a nightmare.2-3 working days turned into almost 2 weeks.had to leave job for a week.not happy about that.”

“1st lot of trims were aluminium 2nd order they were plastic and the chrome came of after fitting There was no choice of the aluminium or plastic in the menu”

“Shop staff very helpful, the panels are spot on. Downside had to wait 7 days for delivery( items were in stock). No phone call when delivered, left outside in the rain. We have a ring door bell, it wasn't even rang. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.”

“OK, but not great. The slats themselves are made from MDF and have a very thin layer of wood effect veneer that can easily been damaged or chipped. The slats are also stapled onto the backing foam every 12inches. This means when you cut the boards to size, the slats come away from the foam requiring glue to fix them back. If your using them for a basic and blank wall that requires little cutting then their ok but if you have alot of cutting to do for a bigger project, I'd personally avoid.”

“I have ordered 3 products from the panel company. 1. Wood, primed skirting boards. Verdict- came in very poor condition, lots of markings and gouges, essentially needed prepping again before. Would not buy again. 2. Shower panels, Matt grey cement. Very sturdy and a great low price panel. Would buy again. 3. Strivo golden oak acoustic panels. Slats are laminated as you would expect for the price, unfortunately they are not wrapped on all sides, only the front so makes them in my opinion look cheap. Seem to be made well structurally. Would not buy again due to the cheap looking slat. Delivery guy for the panels was fantastic!”

“Can't say much Have used this company on alot of jobs Delivery has been a little slower than expected. Delivery driver nice and polite And to be honest i do get alot of damages Hence why I order and extra panel Last order had hole through panel There packed well but still come damaged”

“Although I like the panels, and I liked the staff who served me, there were quite a few errors. First I ordered eight panels and one corner strip. When I got my email from them the order said ONE panel and EIGHT corner strips. I rang up and they were very sorry and changed the order. I was told delivery would be in the next few days. After 12 days I rang up and they said Tomorrow. When they came, the strip was the wrong length. I had to go to the shop to change it as my fitter was coming next day.”
