I am surprised that till today I have not received my order. I had called there and guess what.. No one is answering the phone. The customer service, Bristol office... Terrible. Am tired of waiting. No Sir!!!

Hi Kuldip - Looking at your order I can see that you placed this on the 12th of May. As per stated on our delivery page & order confirmation delivery can take up to 5-10 working days to arrive, I apologise that you have not been able to get through to the Bristol branch, I have contacted this branch separately and someone will be in touch with you shortly, The Panel Company

Hi - Having looked into this I can see from your order, that you placed an order for acoustic panels which are on sale as 'pre-order' - this will have been heavily communicated on the site with yourself the check out stage. Hi - I have had a look into this - the delivery was attempted on Monday 1st May at 13:22hrs. With the premises being a shop our driver said this was closed, and was unable to hand the goods over or leave in a safe place on the attempted delivery. The customer service team have communicated this with you, and you should have received a notification for re-delivery. The delivery is currently with despatch and is being routed for redelivery. The panels were very cheap looking and they look nothing like they do on the website. Make sure you get a sample

Items still not delivered despite being ordered 2 weeks ago as out of stock with return to stock and delivery date changing multiple times.

They take far too long for delivery and when it finally comes it’s wrong, the first delivery came in 3 batches and the last delivery was simply piled up against my front door so I couldn’t open the door. I ordered a pack of trim which was supposed to be in stock 10 days later nothing!

Disappointing experience. Poor Customer service and even worse delivery! Whilst I fully understand that the delivery details clearly state that delivery is between 5-10 business days, what they actually mean is 10 days. Again, fair enough, but when, after 6 days of hearing nothing at all - just that they had got my order and had my money, and after no-one bothering to answer the phone at the Bristol branch, I emailed (twice) asking for confirmation of any delivery date - not too much to ask! I got an email "Your order is not scheduled as of yet. As soon as your delivery time is scheduled you will be notified" and detailing that I would receive a text the day before delivery with a 1 hour delivery window. Be home or miss out! Text duly arrived on day 9 at 16:30 saying my delivery would be next day between 10:30 & 11:30. Great! Arranged for someone to be in. At 05:23, yes that's 23 minutes past 5 in the morning on day 10 another text message arrives stating delivery time would now be between 8:00 & 9:00. I have to say, utterly pointless sending these texts when the driver shows up at 07:38 anyway! Poor experiece!

Shocking customer service. When I ordered my panels I was given a delivery date. On the day of delivery recieved a message saying van broke down so delivery was re-arranged to a following week on Monday. No delivery recieved and no call or message explaining why. I had to call myself to find out what is happening, again I was given a new date which I didn't agree with as I wasn't gonna be in, this date wasn't optional and I couldn't change the date. 1 panel arrived broken. This put my project days behind a schedule. Won't be using again.

Bought panels on the 27th Feb its 15th March and still no delivery and still no contact. I have phoned them twice and sent emails with no response avoid this outfit.

So far I am not impressed at all. I haven't ordered from shower panels before. So far I've been charged £15 shipping when it should have been free. After 10 days of no communication they ignored 2 emails questioning the shipping charge. On calling them I have been told the delivery is scheduled for this Monday, luckily the chap read out the postcode as this was completely wrong, so would never have got to me. Incidentally the postcode was correct on the order, just not the delivery address. I have no confirmation of the delivery as described in their delivery terms. Really poor and I am not likely to reorder panels from this firm again based on this experience. The £15 was refunded promptly after I called on the phone, but no apology given for ignoring the 2 emails.

Very disappointed. 10mm silver trim is just white trim with very badly applied silver sticky tape. Looks like a child has made it- rubbish.
