I have ordered twice from this company and both times they called me a week before ( yes it took a week to deliver my order) the delivery date to confirm my order and delivery day and both times only half the order arrived. If you are a serious trades person and want your materials for a job to all arrive on time then don’t bother with this company, they will let you down.

Hi Andre - I do apologise that you have had bad experiences on both occasions you have placed an order with us, this is not the customer service we strive for and we have fell short in your case, I have addressed this with the depot and someone will be in touch with you shortly. Just to touch on the point where you have mentioned about our delivery service taking a week - we do advise that delivery can take up to 4-7 working days, this is also mentioned in every single confirmation email once and order has been placed. The reason why delivery can take up to 4-7 working days is down to the fact that we deliver all of our customers orders on our own fleet of vans to avoid damages & missing parcels that come with shipping out via courier service. really poor colour match between panels from same batch, make sure you fully check prior to install, have attempted to contact the panel company but yet to hear back, will now need to have to put right by purchasing new panels and have reinstalled

Absolutely shocking experience. Sent me wrong item then I was charged £15 collection fee for them to collect it plus another 20% restocking fee. Never ever again.

Hi Vaidas - I have been in touch with the depot where this consignment came out from and you were in fact sent the right panel, just because you didn't like the panel does not mean that we sent you the wrong panel, we always strongly advise our customers to order samples prior to purchase to ensure complete satisfaction. I believe the depot have since been in touch with you to resolve this issue and deducted the collection charge for you, and will be bringing you some samples too. Failed to meet the declared delivery time. Called me 4 days after taking payment to say that I have to wait for another 4 weeks. Prior to this call another member of staff contacted me to say that that the trim I ordered was wrong for the board and swapped it for another one with my approval. The trim was delivered by a third party but because I cancelled my order they had to come and collect it. It would have been OK if they didn't turn up at 7:30am. Refund was issued quick with no questions asked. Looks like the staff know the product but the operation is not synchronised between different departments, depots and third parties, as a result the customer does not get what they were promised.

Unable to provide the number of panels I needed in an acceptable time frame, not waiting a month plus. Or increase the size of the panels at an extra cost to me.

Not impressed at all. Firstly the majority of the panels delivered were completely wrong resulting in replacements sent four days later. When they did arrive the fitter then had to work around damage to some of them on the edges, which must have been caused by lack care in storage or transportation. Even the parts to help fit the panels were scuffed . Overall not as comparable or apparently damage resistant as other panels I or the fitter have used previously from other competitors .

The panels are flimsy, and the T&G are tight unable to use as they are so brittle waste of money.

I am surprised that till today I have not received my order. I had called there and guess what.. No one is answering the phone. The customer service, Bristol office... Terrible. Am tired of waiting. No Sir!!!

Hi - Having looked into this I can see from your order, that you placed an order for acoustic panels which are on sale as 'pre-order' - this will have been heavily communicated on the site with yourself the check out stage. Hi - I have had a look into this - the delivery was attempted on Monday 1st May at 13:22hrs. With the premises being a shop our driver said this was closed, and was unable to hand the goods over or leave in a safe place on the attempted delivery. The customer service team have communicated this with you, and you should have received a notification for re-delivery. The delivery is currently with despatch and is being routed for redelivery. They take far too long for delivery and when it finally comes it’s wrong, the first delivery came in 3 batches and the last delivery was simply piled up against my front door so I couldn’t open the door. I ordered a pack of trim which was supposed to be in stock 10 days later nothing!
