Panels ordered 30/1/24. No communication received regarding delivery by 8/2/24 so I emailed Bristol. I received an answer within an hour stating that these panels are delivered direct from manufacturer, and I was given a delivery date for 16/2/24. This raises two questions; if the delivery is direct from the manufacturer and a date can be arranged within an hour, why was this not done when the order was placed to save me having to wait eight days, and then having to chase it; and secondly, if I had not initiated contact how long would I have been kept waiting before someone actually bothered to do something about arranging the delivery? The delivery is due tomorrow, we will see whether that happens.

My items are still yet to arrive - over 12 working days (16 total). After no correspondence after 10, I called to find kut where they were, to be advised they were die to be delivered on Thursday, but that they didn’t know why it was so late. I was given the local depot in Bristol, who too didn’t know why it was so late, and advised they would call me back Monday to inform me why and if it could be delivered earlier - today is Wednesday and still no phone call. Furthermore, the website advises that ‘you will be contacted 24hrs prior to delivery’….with delivery advised to me by phone that it would be Wednesday, I al overdue this prior notification, so I am expecting that my delivery will not be made tomorrow…and will run deep into the 3rd week of waiting, maybe even the 4th

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We do offer free delivery on order overs over £75 however, there is a £50 delivery charge for any special order items such as "Showerwall". Unfortunately this is a standard delivery charge set by the supplier. We do have alternative solid core panels that we stock if you would like to email for more information at info@panelcompany.co.uk and I would be happy to discuss other options with you. Very bad experience,ordered trims arrived in time,but not all was there need them for a job to finish off Called customer services,they advised me to buy from someone one local . Was promised a full refund,didn't get refunded in time had to chease it ,got refund for one trim which was missing,was told why should do a full refund. Paid more to get the missing trim from local supplier,dispet I paid 15 pounds for delivery from you. I believe I am entitled to a full refund and an apology.

So far not had my panels delivered and still waiting. Had to call to find out what is happening and got a mixed bag of replies. Hoping they will arrive next week, otherwise I'll want my money back. Experience so far not great I'm afraid.

Product itself (Matt white ceiling boards) was good. Delivery, communication and the fact that the wrong colour surround strip was sent is a different matter and got nowhere with emails to try and get this rectified. Several boards also had damage so lucky that I over ordered

Where to start so took 15 days to finally arrive it was the lies they told us i rang email or message again so they said my panels was coming Friday the the 12th rang they said damaged ok they was going to Bristol to get more will deliver Monday no delivery sent fb message for them to say they had pm no still waiting emailed then for them to say branch was ringing me still waiting finally hubby phoned and then they said they coming from London 😂finally got today but they really didn’t want to deliver them please bare in mind my husband took a week of work to complete the bathroom had no compensation now he will have to do on a weekend panels lovely but could have got else where even my orders came quicker from china than Huddersfield which is 40mins down the motorway Question below emailed telephone messages

It cost me £147 to clad a 6ft wall with a 4ftsq window. Some of the cost was window trim which is ver poor quality and I eould say, not fit for purpose. I say this as I've previously used widow trim for tiles which is such a robust product. I accidentally caught the trim whist fitting the sill and it just buckled, it has no strength. If you're asking me if I'd buy it again, it would be no. Although I hope my wall is now more insulated and that was my goal. Also, the front finish is paper thin znd will damage easily. I am sorry to leave this less than positive response but ig was my experience.

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the product did not meet your expectations. A PVC external corner is robust but it does have its limitations especially if an exposed corner is caught. For a window trim or any high traffic area where the external corner will be exposed to pressure or activity I would recommend an aluminium trim. Regards Panel Company | Customer Services

They don't respond to emails. Totally ignored my requests even after mentioning twice that I no longer needed the product as it wasn't delivered on time and I had bought another because I needed to finish doing my wall at a specific timeline

“Price match promise” Didn’t/Couldn't/Wouldn't price match. Why have a price match promise\Slogan\Advert if you don’t price match promise. Sent round the houses only to be told they couldn’t price match. False trading advert?? Trading standards…

First of all, you took the order, after a few days I had to contact you to ask about it, to be told you had to order it in, then had a wait another week for delivery. On opening the product it was very poor quality and you say it’s a pattern match it’s not, can only be used in one continuous strip, I did write a review when a found this out, but it’s not been published.

Good Morning, Thank you for letting us know. I do apologise for the delay in communication, we do have certain lines that we call from a centralised storage and that can add time to the delivery. With regards the product, any brick pattern is a pattern match along the whole length. We do not advise to use a pattern match panel when you are cutting it shorter for a kitchen splashback as the pattern wont repeat. You can use it in a reduced length application but you would need to double the amount of panels for a pattern match. Regards Panel Company | Customer Services

I was not notified our panels were out of stock and not going to be delivered in time until I rang to see when they would be delivered. This resulted in us having to rush around sourcing panels in stock local to me and thereby cancelling my order with you. Very poor service, would not recommend.

On occasions there will be a delay but this should have been communicated to you at every stage. No next day delivery as forgot to put on van. Still waiting a week later. Plumber and electrician had to cancel so cannot move into our new property on Friday. Promised 2nd attempt would be early in week now Wednesday

Ordered wall panels for a headboard, paid for them, waited and waited. No cantact from The Panel Company, I had to contact them after a week, to be passed on to another warehouse who did not phone back. I was eventually informed they were out of stock and I was given a full refund. I then purchased the exact same panels from a different company, saved about £100 and received them the very next day. Took less than an hour to install, so the items were exactly right for me. Very disappointed.

When ordering an upholstered panel we have to request them from a central warehouse and this can impact the lead time BUT we should have communicated this to you at every stage. I have requested further details from the branch that was dealing with your order and we will do everything possible to ensure we improve our internal systems. Thank you for letting us know.

I ordered on line and it said it would be 4 to 5 days and I would recieve 24 hours notice .3 days later I recieved a message at around 6 am to say the would arrive that day at 9 p.m I was in work so had to wait and give up when they had not arrived by 9.30 .Aneubour took them in saying they arrived after 10 am .I will not be recommending your company as I lost 2 hours pay for nothing

Good Afternoon, We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Looking at your order, a text message was sent to a landline number the day before delivery and this would have offered advance notice. We operate an automated delivery notification system from the time of the last delivery and in this instance it didnt calculate your delivery window accurately as your order was delivered at 09:53 Our customer delivery experience is very important to us and I have relayed the issues you experienced to the relevant distribution hub.

When I placed my order online it quoted the order timings including the delivery date 26-28/09/23. When I had heard nothing on these dates I called & was told they couldn’t give me a delivery date until the panels were in stock & they didn’t know when that would be as it was a special order. I didn’t know it was a special order & if I had I would’ve chosen a different product or shopped elsewhere as my kitchen fitter was waiting for the panels to finish the job. I have emailed & called again & was told a delivery date (nothing confirming by email or anything) but I will wait & see what happens! When ordering I would suggest calling first to check what you want is in stock and confirm a delivery date - if they will give you one!
