Despite giving full delivery instructions over the phone and my mobile phone number for the courier as the panels needed to go to my back of the house entrance for storage in the garage, they got dumped on the gravel in my front garden!!! This was a nightmare as I was unable to carry due to the huge size of 2.4 metres each panel! I phoned customer care to ask why I had no phone call as requested. I was told they phoned a landline number which when I checked the number they had on the system, was where I lived 18 months ago! I assume that the debit card gives the phone number of where the card was first registered to. How pointless is that. What was the point of me giving special instructions and specifically giving my mobile number…. why would anyone be called on a land line anyway???? No support was given to me in anyway going forward. Being a lone female of 70, I had to phone a local handyman to come over to carry them all around to the next road where the garage is situated and pay him £20 for his call out time. I was not impressed !!!

Panels were delayed to begin with and I emailed to check where they were. Was told they’d be delivered Friday so arranged for them to be fitted on the Saturday. Got a text Thursday evening with the time slot. Then had a text Friday morning to say the delivery had been cancelled. Called to find out why and they weren’t sure the first woman I spoke to was lovely and said she’d get it sorted. The second woman called and was very sharp saying they’d been damaged so couldn’t be delivered and were now out of stock so unsure when I’d get them. In the end I just had a refund. If the First Lady was my only communication with the company then it would have been fine as she was apologetic and helpful

Been asked to submit a review but after 3 weeks I still don't have the panels so can't comment on quality. After an unanswered email and a phone call where the operative promised to call back in 10 minutes and never did, I have finally managed to get a delivery date from a helpful and apologetic customer advisor.

If you are looking for a really cheap alternative for acoustic panels then these are just for you! I only bought these as they were the cheapest I could find for my garage conversion. The quality is nothing like ones I have purchased before but I kind of knew that because of the price, there are some weird looking join marks on most of the wood slats or pressure marks so I wouldn’t use in say a livingroom or for a paying customer I’m working for. But they will do for what I need. Also disappointing at the delivery times from point of order. They take ages to come through and as I made two orders it delayed my project twice. As it was a home project and not for one of my customers it didn’t impact me too much. Would I order again? Probably not.

I was told I’d receive a message the day before delivery with a time slot. Got home to find the left down the side of my house luckily it didn’t rain or get nicked.

Happy with the panels and the price of the panels. What I did find disappointing was the 20% restocking fee that they insist on for returns. This seems ridiculous considering the item I want to return is an item that can be placed on a shelf. Not even sure if restocking fees are allowed.

Good quality product but seriously overpriced for so few panels,,,,, 1 pack of 5 panels is useless , you would need at least 10 to do anything with on a wall, very disappointed

Because I live in Aberdeenshire My orders are put out from Durham, They dont answer any questions and lack of communication is frustrating, I also dont know why it takes so long to dispatch, Is this a one man band??

Good Morning, May I apologise for the delay and frustration you have experienced with your order. I have checked with the hub that is processing your order and can confirm you will receive delivery tomorrow, 8th. With regards the lack of communication, we have experienced a number of problems with mail using the yahoo.com domain which will explain our limited response but that technical issue is now rectified. I can assure you we are not a one man band, we are the largest Decor Cladding supplier in the UK by a wide margin and we deliver every order on our own fleet. Most cladding suppliers rely on couriers. We do not use couriers because of the number of damages, we want you to receive your panels in perfect condition. Waited patiently for delivery in 1 hour time slot and no one came, no knock on the door and no ring of the bell. Eventually went outside to bring in the bin and found them stood up against the wall in very battered boxes. Ordered 4 panels, three fine ,one scratched and had a puncture on underside. Sent three emails requesting a replacement but no reply. Very disappointed

Shoddy, shoddy customer care, shoddy delivery and rude with an “f### you” attitude , I won’t be using the company again , they really messed me about.. here’s how.. I waited a week for delivery because the panels had to be ordered in and the day of delivery I had taken the day off work to fit the panels and I had booked a plumber for the following day , a Saturday , to come and fit the bathroom.. the panel van arrived at the back of the building and just drove off again, when I phoned the driver after several attempts he just said that I had to re schedule delivery as he couldn’t find parking. I explained that I had taken a day off work and had a plumber coming but he refused to drop my panels and ridiculed my plight with a chirpy “ bye ,mate” I phoned the Huddersfield office and they basically blamed me and wouldn’t tell me when then would re deliver , I just had to wait.. so my plumber who had done me a favour by coming on Saturday now couldn’t come for a further week.. what a mess about.. shoddy , shoddy customer care, shoddy shoddy delivery , lousy company..

Good Morning, I am sorry to hear we didnt match your expectations, I will speak to the branch that managed your order and relay your feedback. With regards the delivery, our drivers will do everything they can to find a suitable parking place, if they cannot they do have to progress to their next scheduled drop. Due to the number of deliveries at this time of year the driver does not have a large time window to manage or re-arrange a delivery, this is arranged by the distribution manager at the respective site, not the driver. Our business is dedicated to delivering an order as swiftly as possible but there are variables outside of our control which is why we recommend not to book a fitter until you have your panels on-site. Reading your review, we didnt communicate effectively and for that I sincerely apologise, we want to deliver excellent customer care and on this occasion we didnt. First, I had a very good experience. Order 400 pounds worth of panelling with 50 pound delivery charge to aberdeen. No problem. I later needed 4 tubes of sealant- the delivery charge was going to be 50 pounds again. No way. You need a better delivery service. Heard of royal mail?

Still waiting for the delivery. I waited in for a the day they said it would be delivered, but got a call on the day to say the package was damaged and I will have to wait till the following month.

I was not in when the delivery took place, but my 16 yr old daughter was. The delivery driver was asking how old are you, Dont think this is appropriate and why did he ask!

Web site said panels were 2600 long and checked this was so when ordering. Panels were actually 2700 long. Panels were not square so had to square them off before use. Very happy with end result
