Well - they were going to get One star. But the delivery driver was great, so upped it to Two. I had the wall panels - they look good and will hopefully be long lasting. The corner strips I don’t really think is a very elegant solution and needs work. But the biggest problem was the delivery delay, almost two weeks…… nothing to indicate this on the website and no express delivery option. And very unhelpful when I phoned. Bristol office. Yes, in an ideal world I would have ordered in advance…. But didn’t really have that option. So - panels are OK, corner strips, meh. If you are in a hurry maybe source from somewhere else!

Purches was simple and delivery was swift. However, all three panels were crimped on each end meaning the bottom 5mm of each panel would need to cut off so that they can be properly sealed to the shower tray. This has made fitting way more difficult because no matter how carefully you cut these panels you will not get a perfectly precise and square cut. In the instruction video it shows someone cutting these things with a Stanley knife. This is nonsense. You have to score across the panel so many times that by the time you can attempt the snap it's a right mess. Then when you try to snap it, it takes some of the back of the panel with it. If the panels arrived with perfect ends I wouldn't be needing to make these cuts at all. Not impressed. One of the also arrived with damage to the back and part of the tongue. Hopefully this will not impeed fitting.

Our panels are manufactured with a factory edge, which is a result of the cutting process during production. When panels are cut to length at the factory, they are left with this edge. For best results, we recommend using a square or level to mark your desired length, and trimming the panels with a fine-toothed handsaw or jigsaw. While it is possible to cut them with a Stanley knife, many customers find a handsaw or jigsaw to be more efficient. The panels we received looked very little like they did online. The lady we spoke to was very uninterested but did arrange collection of the panels which cost us £30.

Panels arrived pretty fast but on installing them, the point where they touch leaves a bigger gap than the rest of the boards. Also, when cutting out for sockets etc, the slats are not being supported by anything. No buying again

They're designed to provide equal spacing, with each panel connecting to the next via a half lap joint to maintain a consistent gap during installation. Our panels are stapled rather than glued to ensure long-term durability. However, we understand that slats can sometimes move during cutting. To help prevent this, we recommend securing the slats with staples before cutting, or applying a small amount of adhesive to any that come loose. Ordering is silmple but delivery is atrocious, used 4 times and every delivery has been weeks late ans twice had damaged panels. I opted to collect last time, got the email to say it was in stock ready to pick up, when my driver got there is wasnt. If your on a deadline dont use!!

Product was good. However delivery date was decided by The Panel Company without consultation (I was out on decided day) and if it was changed delivery date slipped which wasn't a option. Given I wasn't in I requested product delivered to safe location. This wasn't followed. The delivery was 1 unit short 6 out of 7.

We placed our order at the Rotherham Branch for collection at Huddersfield. We phoned on 12 June to confirm the order was ready for collection the next day by the plumber undertaking the work. On arrival at Huddersfield, he was told there was no order and it would be Tuesday. He phoned and I told him that I had confirmed the order was complete. Eventually the order was found but the operatives were not at all helpful which is disappointing and perhaps more concerning, he has a local business and is very unlikely to consider you for future business and it is embarrassing for us that you were not more helpful. Sorry but it seems to me that you need to smarten up on your customer service.

The panels patterns don't flow and don't fit flush to the wall Quite dissapinting but had no choice to use as builder was waiting.

Almost every item was damaged upon receipt, poor protection of edges and corners. Don't know where the damage occurs. All 4 panels I have received have corners damaged.

The joining of the Strivo panels left a 17mm gap between panels. The gap between the rest of the slats were 13mm , I had to trim every join so I could achieve the 13mm space, not well made at all.

The slat panels are designed to provide equal spacing, and during installation, each panel fits with the next panel with a half lap joint to create a uniform gap. I scored this company low as I received mixed messages regarding my delivery from a couple of people. The Panel arrived with a few scratches. See photos attached. The colour was totally different from the photo unfortunately, it looks more like a dark brown rather than Charcoal.I was quite disappointed.

Upon delivery a panel was damaged, the driver took it back, every other panel was checked, a replacement panel was delivered the next day, all seemed good. Once all the panels were upon the wall and bathroom installed it became noticeable that 1 panel was a slight different colour, obviously not visible when all the panels checked. I emailed the company for them to initially try find every excuse that it was our fault ( it was where they were cut, they must of been in direct sunlight, it was where they were stored) all the excuses that only effected 1 panel out of 8, even trying say they must of been different batches (all had the same batch number which I could prove), They tried to replace the 1 odd panel, no mention of compensation to help pay for the bathroom fitter come back out, in the end all the have done is refunded me for 1 panel 😉 so all the excitement of a new bathroom has now been shadowed by this that we now just have to except, not happy at all
