“Great product with excellent quality, and it was very easy to cut and work with. The order also arrived very quickly, which was much appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the delivery communication. I didn’t receive any email or notification to let me know when the order would be delivered. The driver knocked on the door, but before I could find my key and answer, the items had already been left outside and they were driving away. Fortunately, I was home at the time.”

“After 3 attempts to get the panels I wanted we eventually received them . The panels are brilliant & I love them now they’re on the wall. We had a few hiccups with the company 1st delivery to wrong house 2nd 1 panel the right colour 3 the wrong colour. Millie , Damon & the lovely Sarah were absolutely brilliant with answering emails & ringing me back to give me information & updates on my order. Thank you, you were amazing. I love my panels and they’re of a very good quality. Just a shout out to the lovely guy who delivered them such a lovely man”

“Delivery organised to accommodate my wishes and delivered on time. Product ok but the surface will easily scratch (with rings etc). One panel was damaged and a replacement or refund for the item was offered (still waiting for the refund though).”

“Collected panels ,kept them flat in back of van till i needed them and joins were still a bit difficult to close up , also got internal / external and end caps which i should of checked before as when it came to fitting they were all a different shade of white ,external colour were very different so had to purchase more from eurocell as they had a closer match , would buy again though”

“After searching online for acoustic wall panels, I found The Panel Company to have a great range and value, as well as being conveniently located in Bristol. After ordering by phone and collecting from the showroom, the panels were easy to cut with saw and knife, and attach to the wall with black screws and wall plugs. The only warning would be that the wood slats create a lot of fine black dust when cut with a saw, which gets EVERYWHERE. Face masks should be recommended in the instruction sheet, as well as using dust sheets to cover your surroundings.”

“good price delivery was 12 days from the order date arrived on the given delivery day stored them for a week in a safe enclosed area on the side of my home started fitting the panels all going fine until i opened the 3rd box to find damage on the face of the panel in 4 seperate areas unfortunatly the job needed to be finnished so i had to use this panel the 4th and final panel was all good not happy with the damaged panel managed to work around some of the damage but was still left with 2 damaged areas that show apart from that i am pleased with the good panels”

“Beautiful panels each one arrived in its own seperate box for protection. Courier took care on delivering. Was constantly updated on the delivery times One hiccup that was sorted out was that the three corners I ordered did not show out of stock and had to contact them to be refunded. This issue needs to be resolved so best to phone to make sure thr items you need are in stock before placing the order.”

“The item I ordered, was correctly delivered with no sign of damage. The deliver driver was very friendly The only issue I had was the time it took to be delivered. It has been explained to me that this item was not an oitem that was often ordered, and therefore it had to be obtained from futher afield before being delivered to me.”

“Good value product unfortuanlty delivery lead time of 10 days is a bit too long for me, other than that i would recommend if your willing to wait 10 x days. some of the boxes were slighly damaged but the panles were fine.”

“Panels left on drive, 3 panels ordered, come in packs of 2. The 2 in the packet were the same grain, the third panel which was seperate was a different wood grain. Would have returned had we not had a guy booked for fitting them. Panels are good quality, just a shame that details were not taken into account”
