Great panels for the price.... Made a nice wall 👌 Down side was that the packaging was damaged on two of the packs, with slat damage on 2 of the panels!

We got identical samples from two companies, and The Panel Company's were less than half the price of the competition. Ordering of both samples and the final panels was easy. The panels look and feel like good quality, and our tradespeople had no trouble cutting and installing them. The only drawback was that delivery took 14 days instead of the stated 7-10 days, but we were notified of that within an hour of the purchase.

Bit of a delay in receiving panels, I was hoping too get them sooner but arrived on the day stated and in good condition. Previous order with them arrived damaged so glad to see delivery is done with more care now

I was impressed with the quality of the panels, I usually use wood backed panels, which are difficult to handle on your own, but these are much easier, and still feel decent quality. Only downside was delivery. Took over a week to come, and I did not get informed of delivery time until 7.30am on delivery day. Which makes it difficult will taking time off to be home ect

Usually good at delivery, we've had a few different deliveries and there have been no problems at all. However I ordered a couple of small items recently so decided to go for pick up as there is a depot not too far away but so far I've not been advised that it's ready so hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Quality of the panels is very good and the customer was very happy. The delivery times could be better, so don’t order, if you want them in a hurry.

The panels are great. We had a bit of a mix up with one panel arriving as a mismatch but a replacement was sent. Friendly and no nonsense customer service.

I have purchased twice from The Panel Company. The first exoerience was spot on. Not so the second time. Two weeks for delivery and then received the wrong item. The first phone call to try and resolve the issue was quite negative. A follow up call later in the day resulted in a replacement next day delivery.

Great company staff helpful only problem i had was website said 4 to 7 days for delivery but then email said 1st may which was 3 weeks later but a quick phone call and swapped to express delivery i got it 2 days later so in all a great company to buy from i recommed to buy from

The quality and price cannot be questioned - The delivery driver was exceptional and extremely helpful. I have one criticism and that is why it should take the maximum stated time to deliver . On both occasions the delivery took 12 days to arrive.

I purchased panels over the Easter weekend at a great price, but then heard nothing for about a week. When I called, I was told delivery would be on Wednesday. Both the company and their courier confirmed this the day before and again on the day. I waited in all day Wednesday for the delivery. At around 4:15pm, I called for an update and was told the van had broken down and delivery would now be sometime Thursday. As I had already rearranged everything to wait in on Wednesday, moving my plans to Thursday and Friday, I explained I would not be able to wait in again on those days and cancelled the order. Despite this, the courier attempted delivery on Thursday after 4pm. I refused it and explained the order had been cancelled and I had sourced panels from a nearby store. The same happened again on Friday with a different driver, and once more on Monday, this time with the panels and packaging visibly damaged. I refused delivery each time and asked for them to be returned. Throughout, the panel company were very helpful and clearly as frustrated as I was. They assured me they had repeatedly contacted the courier by phone and email, but were being ignored. I ultimately told the panel company I would not purchase from them again while this courier is used for deliveries.
