Took a week to deliver, items were broken and colour didn't match sample. Phoned 6 times to try to sort, each time I was told that they would call back that day, never received a call from them. Even when the managing director garented a call the next day I didn't hear abything. Never had to chase a company so much to sort an order. Will not use again, will just buy direct from the distributor, which appears is all they do anyway.

Very poor customer service, refused a refund for poor quality, substandard panels that discoloured in daylight. No response to my complaint which left my elderly parents without bathroom facilities until better quality materials were purchased elsewhere. I would not recommend this company. My parents are £510 down including the cost of paying the bathroom fitters for a further day. I see other people have experienced this too. The Company Owner should be ashamed of the service he provides.

Appalling service. Promised delivery on Tuesday 24th April so husband took day off work. Arrive home at 7pm on Monday 23rd to note through door saying "panels left down side of house". The side of my house is not secure and there were no panels. I was promised a refund on 24th April as they couldnt get the products to me in time. Still no refund. chased every day this week, I've been told there is no refund until the delivery man comes and shows me where he left them??? For what reason I dont know! Delivery driver as already cancelled on the visit he was meant to make to show me. I am £300 down and the company is being so rude and unhelpful!!!!

I ordered panels which were marked as 'in stock' and 'dispatched within 24 hours' on the website but heard nothing for a week. When I called the company I was told by a very rude man that the items weren't in stock and I could either change my order or wait for 4 weeks for new stock. As I had already booked a contractor to fit the panels, I requested a refund but then had to call the company every day for 2 weeks before my refund was issued. Dreadful customer service and they should not be allowed to advertise products that they do not even have in stock!

What a shame. Good customer service but when the panels were delivered they were all broken on the tongue and groove. They were quickly replaced (3 times) but all delivered with the same problem. So disappointed!!

Not very impressed with the service unfortunately, rang on monday to place an order and was told in stock and delivered by friday, 4 days later I receive a short unapologetic email stating a delay due to no stock!, asked for a different style and then told I would receive this by monday 10.30 the latest. Finally arrived late monday afternoon (The day I was due to fit it). Lost a days wages and jeopardised future work. Not happy

Do not buy from this company unless you want to be let down. We PhD to check on delivery, and were told order was dispatched and would be delivered in 24 hours. We booked time off work to accept delivery and to fit the panels.......3 days later we are still waiting. Complete lack of customer care or service

First set of panels delivered all broken. After phone calls with Adam Wilson agreed that all panels would be replaced,however second delivery by Tufnels was same as panels not delivered on pallet just lying on top of one another again not on a pallet. Second day I have had to take off for delivery.

I ordered 2 panels for my ensuite shower, they arrived within a week and were really well packaged, so well packaged that i didn't check them. As I wasn't fitting them straight away, I stored them lying flat so that they wouldn't warp. When I was ready to install them it was approx 10 weeks since they were delivered. I fully opened them up and discovered they were badly damaged on the corners, I tried to see if I could hide the damage with the trims but the trims did not fit too well either, particularly the corner trim which would have needed a thick bead of silicone to make it flush hardly the finish I was looking for. I decided the panels were of no use to me, too flimsy and decided not to use them, I will tile instead. In all,`I am very disappointed with the state they arrived in, the quality of the panels and the trims. I know I should have inspected them fully on arrival but I didn't really have the space and as they were extremely well wrapped and I was storing them for some time I felt they were best left in the packaging. I don't expect I will recieve any money back due to the time I have had them, but I felt I needed to leave the feedback. Lesson learned, always inspect on delivery.
