Ordered samples last month, after several communications where excuses were given for the delay I'm still waiting! Return of payment for postage would be appreciated but I wont hold my breath! I wonder how much money they are making from taking money from people and not delivering the items. Perhaps someone needs to look into this at trading standards. I know it's only £1.99 but if they are doing this to hundreds of people it's an easy way to make money. Very dissatisfied customer.

Ordered some samples of wall and floor panels of which I had to pay a delivery charge. The samples have never been sent. After calling several times and contacting them via email, I still have not received a response. Its only fortunate I did not order any full panels or anything else from them. Avoid or be left out of pocket!

Totally agree with a review left by another dissatisfied customer a month earlier. Ordered and cancelled a delivery of a shower panel on the same day, 2 weeks later it turns up. Not only that, I got a notification that the already cancelled order was going to arrive with me in the next 48 hours to which I spoke to the Panel company directly to ask them not to send it, they replied saying they will arrange pick up once it has been delivered. CRAZY. Now they want me to pay for it's return before they refund. Not a chance. I will forfeit the £80.00 and hope that prospective customers read reviews and make their own minds up.

Atrocious service. Original order was (allegedly) lost by courier. After numerous mails I was told a replacement order would be with me on the 7th of May. No sign of items. Eventually I have secured a refund after originally being told a refund would only be paid once boards were delivered and returned. Do not deal with this company. Apalling.

Very disappointing from the moment I made my order. Delivery for which I paid an extra £12,50 didn't arrive for 3 weeks. No contact or explanation. Phone calls just switch to engaged after ring twice or just no reply. Emails and website totally ignored. When I did get hold of Harry Cross he promised to deliver and refund my delivery charge. Delivery arrived after i threatened to cancel order 3 weeks late costing me money cancelling the fitting. Was told the problem was mistakes in the warehouse and the rep actually said "not surprising as we have useless staff." Not a great confidence booster or advert for a company. When the panels arrived 3 were damaged. No contact when I complained. All I can say is use the panel company at your peril. Shocking customer service and I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

I ordered panels, trim and adhesive on 6th January 2020. After five phone calls and five different excuses I eventually got a delivery which was not complete so eventually I cut my losses and ordered from another company, Bathroom Cladding Direct. That order arrived complete in 3days. There are many similar stories on here so I recommend that you use another supplier, not The Panel Company. These will take your money but not deliver the goods. I still haven’t received the panels that I ordered.

1 star definitely too many. As other reviewers comment. Nice staff on the phone thankfully as it took 5 calls. Then with no notification of delivery, my panels were left at wrong address and damaged. All of this after I had given up hope of receiving them and bought some more from a reputable company. Strongly recommend they look at their delivery system. Strongly recommend you do not use them.

Ordered panels two weeks ago. Money taken instantly and confirmation e mail received. Since then...nothing. I phoned them after one week and was told the order would be processed in the next two or three days and I would have it by the end of the week. Nothing since. Phone rings and rings and then they hang up.

I am a new customer and ordered the panels eight days ago and paid in full but my order has not been dispatched. I've had no communication as to what is happening. Disgusting service 😡

Under NO circumstances use these bunch of cowboys. Took my money told me lie after lie about delivery and now I'm having to go to my bank to get my money back

Waiting on replacement panels for 2 damaged in transit before Christmas. I have been very patient however replacements not received. Cant finish my bathroom. Promised being dealt with, apparently not. Leaving this review as they are now not answering my calls, I've been hung up on twice today. Unprofessional and incompetent. Would never use this company again.

We had no notification when the delivery will take place or that the items have been delivered, the panels were dumped onto the drive and in the neighbours drive and damaged their property. Some of the panels were left leaning against the roof when it was very windy out and they were blown about and damaged. I emailed the company and so far had no response.

Do not use this company! They use cowboy delivery service that’s had me booking days off work only to wait in for it NOT to turn up. I called the Panel company and explained the situation and they had absolutely no interest at all and their attitude was “what do you want me to do about it” they said it could left I a safe place but I explained I didn’t want a load of large plastic panels sitting on the side of the road. So I’ve basically got to take another day off hoping they get delivered. The gentleman (I use that term loosely!) on the end of the phone was just rude. I’d had samples off them which you have to pay postage for but at least they arrived promptly, anymore than that I would steer well clear.

1 star is 1 too many Took payment, didn't deliver goods within the promised period --> OK that's understandable, but didn't communicate the fact When chase delivery they say "run out of that stock", don't know when we'll have it, but we keep your money ..... Re-ordered a different product and told we had a guaranteed delivery time and told to have someone there for an hour beforehand and afterwards - it never turned up BUT no one have courtesy to advise and so we paid for someone to wait for 2 hours for a delivery that company had no intention of delivering Then it was delivered and just left outside the door, again no one advised of the fact, only when asked were we told that's what happened Then into the other side of customer service - we were promised a call regarding the compensation of the costs and disruption. Daily calls to see what's happening, never from the company always you have to call them. Eventually they won't take the call or reply If you want service then don't expect it, if you expect answers then don't expect it, if you think they care then don't expect it. Once they have your money you're toast .... The goods - I've no idea since we missed the fitter's schedule because of the late delivery ....

I ordered dark grey panels but the panels I received were a much lighter colour almost white I was told they let me know what they can do in terms of a refund for me over a week ago but have heard nothing.

I will never do business again with this company I ordered panel on 15 May and promised it was going to be delivered on 24 May as I was having a new bathroom fitted on 25 May, I got fed up with waiting on the 24 May so I called them to find out it not even been packed and was being sent out on Tue 28May, I am so angry as I have had my bathroom ripped out at this point and waiting for the panels so the plumber and electrician can fit everything on 25th May. I also have taken the day off work to receive these panels which I have not got as arranged, I even followed my order up with a call and spoke to a young lady who confirmed they would be delivered on Friday. This has cost me far more than the value of the panels as I don’t get paid for time off for deliveries and plus I will have to pay the plumber and electrician a cancellation fee as it’s under 24hrs notice, this is by far the worse service I have received and the only thing I got now is no bloody bathroom over a bank holiday weekend, never ever will I do business with this company again ......even Del Trotter could do better
