I would love to write a review but my order has still not arrived as it is out of stock at the branch that is delivering it. I placed the order as everything was in stock and not told otherwise when ordering. This has now put my project back at least a week and counting. Told website does as a whole company regarding stock not as delivery branch. What a joke. 13 days at least from ordering and counting. Not happy.

Hi we're so sorry to hear your samples have not arrived. We send our samples out using a third party courier, very occasionally there are delays or lost packages. I will have a new set of samples sent out for you today.

I received the product samples and I can't think of purchasing anything, the product is pretty low quality, the panels have a low quality printed texture which does look fake even without touching it.

Ordered six panel one came damaged leaving it unusable m. No damage on the outer packaging so looks like it was damaged before transit. Disappointed

Good product at a fair price but……. My wife ordered 4 walnut acoustic panels. We were kept updated with delivery and they arrived on time on Thursday the 18/09. That evening i opened both packages and immediately noted a colour difference. Both packages had different product codes. I let them know 19/09 at 8.30 as they opened as we had a chap booked to install them on Saturday 20/09. Its a fiddly job around a corner with cut outs for a few sockets. A chap called David said that we should receive them by 1pm 20/09. Our man installed the first 2 correct panels by mid day. I progress chased only to be told that a van was going to Gateshead then bringing them to Leyland, Lancashire. Should be here in a couple of hours. Our man had to go at 2.30 to another job and will not be free for a couple of weeks. When i called again at 3pm asking for an update i was told that the collection and delivery was outsourced to a courier and there was no way of confirming when they would arrive. As of 6pm, no show. The irony of this is that we recommended you guys to a neighbour and gave them our sample panel. They ordered and received their chosen panels in good time and as ordered. They were delighted with the product and service. So in addition to the disruption of re arranging a bedroom twice to allow room for the install and cleaning another area in the house twice due to the mess created by cutting the panels, and to cap it all i’m now going to have to have to pay twice for the fitting. All in all this has turned out to be a disappointing experience. Careless picking at depot or lack of diligence at the first delivery followed by a poor and misleading attempt at addressing the situation. Please have a think as to how you want to look after us. Original order was delayed without any communication until I made contact. When it was finally delivered the adhesive was missing again without any communication or apology. I got a refund after pointing out the event later delivery would mean we were unable to continue already delayed work. Once we were actually able to start work on our now much delayed bathroom the finish on the trimming came straight off. Yet again more delays until we finally got some replacement trims. I would definitely not use this company again. Communication and customer service stinks.

Recieved damaged 70mm of the overall height. failure to return message from emails on numerous occasions. when they like to say on website that they would respond within 24 hours.

I'm not happy with my order. I ordered four panels, and they all arrived faded, with rough edges and splinters. After emailing customer service, they only offered a return, not a replacement, which was frustrating since I had already scheduled a fitter. I should have returned the panels before fitting them, but I removed them afterward due to the excessive splinters, as they were not safe to use. DONOT ORDER FROM THEM

Appalling experience. Didn't deliver the installation kit that I ordered and head office didn't take any accountability. Passed me on to depot rather than sort and then had to deal with the depot saying it was loaded on to the van but the driver saying it wasn't. As a customer I should not be exposed to that. Delivery arrived almost 2 hrs later than scheduled. I ended up running around to local DIY stores trying to get the installation kit together soy builders could install everything which ended up costing a lot more. No recognition from the panel company of the cost and inconvenience for me in trying to fix their error. This company is not managed professionally in my opinion I would not recommend the company to anyone in the future.

Avoid These Panels – Warped by Sunlight, No Accountability Review Text: I purchased exterior panels expecting a quality product suitable for outdoor use, but the reality has been extremely disappointing. The panels began to warp and deform under regular sunlight exposure, despite being installed exactly as per the official instructions — with proper battens, ventilation, and spacing. When I contacted the company, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they blamed the installer (despite all procedures being followed) and shifted all blame onto the manufacturer, acting as though they had no involvement in the product’s quality. This is unacceptable from a retailer. Interestingly, the panels that were installed in shaded areas or indoors have remained intact, which clearly proves that the ones exposed to sunlight are simply not UV-resistant as claimed. The affected panels are now unusable — a total waste of money, time, and effort. This company sells low-quality products and then washes its hands of any problems when something goes wrong. If you’re considering buying from them — be very cautious. You’re on your own if the product fails.

I ordered 3 pieces of lamellas acoustic panel and 1 of them have slightly different colour which I see after installing it. I'm really disappointed because was very happy with quality of it. Now every time when look at it, can see difference.

I brought this product to cover my ceiling. I’ve found both the trim and panel very brittle to work with and have no confidence in their durability. Really unhappy with the product, so much so that I’ve now ripped it off of my ceiling and am now going to install a new plasterboard ceiling! Waste of my weekend!
