“Every single time I come to Scrivens on Lea Bridge Road my appointment is late. Today I was seen 40 minutes after my appointment time and was not kept in the loop; instead I had to constantly ask “how long” and kept just being told “another 5 minutes”. Poor service as if I called up to say I was going to be 5 minutes late (as I have previously) they are quite rude and abrupt about their “timely manner””

“A few years ago, Scrivens in Tewkesbury identified that I had an issue with eye pressures, and this lead to me seeing a specialist and getting a diagnosis of early-onset glaucoma, something that runs in the family. Because it was caught so early I merely have to have eye drops daily and my sight has remained normal ever since. I am very grateful that it was caught so quickly and I would not go anywhere else for Optician services. The staff in Tewkesbury are always friendly and very helpful.”

“After reading an article in the Guardian today linking hearing loss to dementia, I decided to have my first ever hearing test. Mary at the Harrow Road branch carried out the test and it was an excellent experience. I was a tad apprehensive but Mary was so kind, made me feel so comfortable, and explained everything very clearly. I didn't need a hearing aid yet, but I will definitely be going back to see Mary every year to be retested. Thank you!”

“I have been coming to Scrivens Feltham for long time but I have realized that the service has improved a lot since i have been seeing Dipesh and his team. The thing that has improved the most is that the manager is very easy to approach. Thank you for all your help and being very caring.”

“I had to go to the bilston shop on Monday and staff where very helpful to have the wax removed but they did not have to remove any I paid the 60pound upfront and received a check back today for the 60pound”

“The staff at Haywards Heath go beyond being a business. I have always had excellent treatment, both by the various optical and audio specialists, but particularly by the staff, who take the trouble to get to know you individually and advise you about your specific set of circumstances. And the leadership is from the top - the branch manager is excellent, but so is the regional manager, who has helped me on occasion, too, when she's been at the shop.”
