“I had an appointment this morning (Sat 13th) at your Gosport Branch and must say how delighted I was with the service I received from the young lady Audiologist. How very polite and attentive,and very proffessional, a credit to Scrivens.”

“I attended today for a NHS hearing test as it’s been 4 years since my last one in Haslemere. I was extremely impressed with the professional, efficient, thorough and friendly service that I received by Esther Griffiths. I would highly recommend Scrivens for anyone needing a proper hearing test, especially if they have Esther as their audiologist.”

“After a few days of using my new aids i requested that the volume be adjusted, l was somewhat surprised to be told by the receptionist that any adjustment could only be actioned after wearing them for 8 weeks. I explained that i had to turn down the aids by 4 notches to obtain an acceptable level of speech. Volume is much too high and gave me headaches after just a few minutes. Volume is not my main problem, it is clarity of speech !! My previous aids when switched to restaurant mode considerably reduced background noises so that group speech was possible. My new aids when switched to restaurant mode just increases the volume of everything !!! Needless to say l am not over impressed with the delay in service or indeed the new aids themselves.”

“My hearing was not good,the tests were excellent. Afterwards since i had hearing aids fitted my hearing has been greatly improved, i recommend scrivens with 5 stars.”

“Its actually a pleasure to go into the Rugeley store as the staff are so friendly. For anyone that is a little wary about having anything done, eyes ears, then the staff will always put you at ease. Having said that, they are so professional too”
