Just had 6 monthly lens check at Cotteridge Branch. Always good service and first class helpful - special thanks to Marie as always. BUT Scrivens what have you done to the branches following your refurbishments….. not good, why have you inserted a podium it’s looks like a political speech is about to start. In my opinion this layout is not customer friendly, in fact it’s very cynical and clinical. Re think again and please change back - not a good look to customers entering the shop
