“I had my hearing test done recently and it was a very comprehensive test, my audiologist explained everything that I needed to know she was very knowledgeable and I left completely satisfied with the service she provided.”

“Visited the Halesowen branch yesterday for my 2 yearly free eye test. All the staff I came into contact with were so helpful and caring esp with me looking into getting my 1st pair of glasses with reaction lenses. I highly recommend them.”

“I have booked an eye appointment for Tuesday 22nd Apl for an eye examination at 11.45 am at your premises in 55 High Street Rushden NN10 0QE. I would pleased to receive your report about my eyesight as I have booked a meeting with my own GP in Rushden based in Adnitt Road Surgery and very much hope he will be able to arrange for me to contact the DVLA to hopefully enable me to pass my next driving test. I past my first test when I was about 20 years old and took great care when I drove and was skillful enough to avoid any accidents, thankfully ! My name is Michael Tye”

“Scrivens were very helpful. I was able to book online for my eyetest which is usefull when working nights. They did a full eyetest and gave good advice.”

“My daughter’s glasses were broken at work. I took them into Scrivens, Feltham, in the afternoon of Wednesday 12 February and they were repaired and ready for collection by 430 and they would not accept any payment. Excellent customer service but then it always is along with friendly and welcoming staff.”

“I think some of the staff could be a little more welcoming. £300-&500 every two years is a lot of money to pensioners. How about reduced rates for seniors.”
