All I would say some of your staff need better training.
Even though I had an appointment I was treated like someone who had just walked in off the street and the receptionist decided she was going to tell me what was wrong with my hearing aids, even taking them apart in front of every one in reception and getting me to put them in. I had told why I was there, it was almost like she knew better then the trained expert that I had my appointment with. It was demeaning and embarrassing
