“I had to go to the Gorse Covert Branch in Loughborough and I found that the optician and staff were brilliant and soon found the problem with my eye. They were most helpful and dedicated with my dry eye problem. With the medication that was available the problem was soon solved.Thank you Valerie Simpson.”

“Took my dad for eye test and new glasses. The service we got was first class. All the staff were friendly polite and approachable made me and my dad feel at ease. Dad says his new glasses are great, thankyou guys”

“Today I attended the Huddersfield branch for hearing and eye test. The staff could not have been nicer. Thank you to Karen, Sara, Imran and Rozanne ( Optometrist). The tests were very thorough and every step taken, was explained. Thank you again for a very professional visit. I would highly recommend Scriven for hearing and eye care.”

“I dropped two pairs of glasses into Scrivens at Thirsk for minor but tricky repairs. They did that very promptly and did not charge. Excellent service Peter Snowdpon”

“I had a hearing test today with Abi Warrington at Scrivens Gosport Branch. It was a very pleasant experience and thoroughly professional throughout. She was courteous, caring and empathetic, and I felt I was in very good hands. I look forward to our next meeting in July.”

“Absolutely amazing service and wonderful staff. We were looked after at point of booking when my daughter Was in tears, and our actual appointment date they made my daughter feel at ease and she felt so comfortable. I’m glad we changed from Specsavers to scrivens. Highly recommend if you want a more personal service where they genuinely care about your families well being. Wonderful service, thank you”

“Been into the Didcot branch this morning. The optometrist there Nagi has been monitoring an ongoing eye condition that I have. I’m currently suffering from Agorophobia so find it difficult to leave the house on some days. Jo the optical advisor was excellent and did the OCT scan for me. The service was quick and both Nagi and Jo were both sympathetic and caring. Nagi was visibly pleased with the improvement in my eyes. Excellent customer care and friendly staff”
