“Electrian wasn’t very knowledgeable. Didn’t understand our Oil Boiler, gave us a wrong surge reading and cost us extra expense and additional time to right a false positive l.”

“Communication was good building up to the installation. My appointment was changed several times by the company for good reasons, which didn't bother me. The installation itself went very smoothly. The men were very polite, considerate and friendly, and all was explained clearly to me. What more could I ask?”

“Website is easy to use and informative. I found the process of sending photos for the pre-installation form slightly difficult though it all worked fine in the end. Installation went really smoothly but it would have been helpful to be notified in advance of the time that the technician was going to arrive”
