It was not explained at all that it could take 5 weeks to get the job done. The other annoying thing was even on the day of my first appointment I also got an automatic apology and I thought it was cancelled. This led me to believe I was not on any order list.
However my technician up as booked and again later to finish the job.
He was great and a credit to podpoint.
If there was better comm’s it would have been great.
