“Very straight forward process from order through to installation”

“It was not explained at all that it could take 5 weeks to get the job done. The other annoying thing was even on the day of my first appointment I also got an automatic apology and I thought it was cancelled. This led me to believe I was not on any order list. However my technician up as booked and again later to finish the job. He was great and a credit to podpoint. If there was better comm’s it would have been great.”

“This was my 2nd Pod Point install. The first was during the start of the Pandemic in 2020. That took less than a month to complete even with all the restrictions... Fast forward to Aug 23, we moved home and wanted another Pod Point at the new property. Pod point wanted just as much £££ as a new install to move the existing PP to our new property 🤨. As there was a new version out, we went for the new. Cut a very long 3 1/2 months of wrangling between the franchised installer and Pod Point install team it was fitted. This was only after PP insisted we have an electrical inspection completed as it is an older property. Meanwhile, our plug-in hybrid car's petrol use went through the roof as we were unable to home charge. As well as this, I am unable to use the PP App as it doesn't recognise the new address as belonging to the original username... The installer said we'd have to create a new account with a different e-mail, which we don't have. Overall, rather a disappointing install compared to the first back in 2020. That said, we can now charge the car, using the Volvo App to schedule the charge at a cheap rate rather than the PP App which we can't log on to.”

“From ordering to installation I have probably not received a better service. Easy to use website, good instructions and also received a very helpful call when I had not completed the order. The installer did an excellent job and was very helpful with the location of the charger and explaining the functionality of the app. It really couldn't have been a better experience”

“Excellent service from Pod Point, with a relatively easy order process and after that a very responsive and quick installation. Cannot fault their team. Ben contacted me on the day if the installation to manage timings and couldnt have been more helpful ensuring the unit was located correctly , setting it up and explaining how to use it - 5 Stars !”
