“The engineer arrived on time and was very pleasant. He was very professional and tidy clearing up afterwards. He explained everything about the charger which was greatly appreciated. Fully recommend podPOINT.”

“The whole process was very quick and easier than I imagined. I heard rumours of months of waiting, but everything was sorted in minutes and the appointment was booked for a few days' later- brilliant! The only slight blemish was that my appointment had to be re-booked for a couple of days later due to an issue with the previous job (hence marking for delivery time, below). These things happen. However, a new appointment was arranged quickly and efficiently (thanks Adam) and the fitter (Ben..?) arrived promptly, was polite and friendly, and fitted, tested, explained everything and handed over very professionally. Great experience, thank you Pod Point!”

“We were pleased on how quick they installed our ev charger given its tge busiest time of the year. We only waited 3 days from time of ordering to installation. Very pleased with the gentlemen who installed who took time to explain the functionality to my husband.”

“So far so good. Apart from the delay in installation, everything seems to be going well. The partnership with EdF is looking good albeit we aren't on their EV tariff yet. The installation itself went very well. Just got to get to grips with the features on the unit.”

“This is a post sales, pre installation review. Communication is very poor. Despite having been paid £1200 it took a couple of days for any communication. I replied twice via return email, can't get through by phone and sent a message via the website to which I was promised communication within 2 days. They failed. Soon I will have no option bit to request my bank process a charge back and find another company. If anything changes I'll update this review.”

“Very poor responses to emails, and once arranged installation needed 2 visits. Charger ordered at same time as car, car was delivered before charger and I could charge car. Overall not a great experience”
