“The whole process from ordering took far too long. Communications from the Pod Point team was / is exceptionally poor. I had 2 cancelled installations. Finally installed yesterday by a very nice installer. First charge last night but charger failed to fully charge my car”

“Great service and easy to use product. Purchased on the Tuesday and installed the next day! The only gripe is the tracking of the installer didn’t actually update but he was here on schedule anyway”

“Smooth and simple planning and installation from start to finish. Dillon the installer did a fantastic job, very neat, tidy and cleaned all the debris and rubbish away from drilling. Even went as far as hoovering up after he had finished and then explained the work he had completed and how the product works.”

“Easy to get ordered, I was contacted really quickly for installation which was great. I did reply to a couple of emails about my scheduled booking that weren't answered so I had to email a couple more times to get confirmation on the installation date. Day of installation went great, was told they would arrive between 8am - 12pm, they were knocking on my door at 8am. Very polite, respectful of my property and talked me through how the charger worked before they went, all done in 2 hours. Plugged my car in to check it worked and all is fine! Happy with your service and would recommend. Thank you!”

“Ordered in September, has taken 3 months to get installed. Communication during this process was very poor. Now installed and not working. A temporary fix has been made but painfully slow process and charge takes most of the day to charge. needs fixed quickly. Service hasn't been what I would have expected.”
