“Easy to get ordered, I was contacted really quickly for installation which was great. I did reply to a couple of emails about my scheduled booking that weren't answered so I had to email a couple more times to get confirmation on the installation date. Day of installation went great, was told they would arrive between 8am - 12pm, they were knocking on my door at 8am. Very polite, respectful of my property and talked me through how the charger worked before they went, all done in 2 hours. Plugged my car in to check it worked and all is fine! Happy with your service and would recommend. Thank you!”

“Ordered in September, has taken 3 months to get installed. Communication during this process was very poor. Now installed and not working. A temporary fix has been made but painfully slow process and charge takes most of the day to charge. needs fixed quickly. Service hasn't been what I would have expected.”

“Ellis communicated when he would arrive and what the installation involved, including making some useful recommendations. He took the time to describe how to use the machine and also helped with the WiFi setup. I would highly recommend Ellis and the Pod Point product.”

“Engineer who installed my pod point was extremely punctual, polite and helpful. Weather was bad but that didn’t stop him. We initially had a discussion on the best route for the wire to take and he explained pro’s and con’s of each option. Walked me through how to use the charger and the app. 10/10 service.”

“Has caused a huge inconvenience as the installation has caused my alarm to disconnect from the mains. Leaving me with no alarm until an engineer can rectify at a cost to myself. The cable is quite high and unsightly on the front of my house so I would have considered the position more carefully if this was shown before the installation.”

“Amazing quick service. From order to install of my Solo3 was 4 days. Great responsive customer service and a good tidy installation. Only fault was the plug holder was loose and I pulled it out of the wall! Easy fix with a bigger rail plug. Great service all round.”
