“Very poor responses to emails, and once arranged installation needed 2 visits. Charger ordered at same time as car, car was delivered before charger and I could charge car. Overall not a great experience”

“The questionnaire for installation I felt like I had to jump through a lot of hoops! They fit me in for installation super quickly and our installer Matt was lovely really quick and explained everything really well so I am pleased with my purchase! :)”

“The whole process from payment to submitting the online site survey and the installation itself were a breeze. I was offered an installation appointment just 3 days after I initially purchased the PodPoint. My installer, Sean, arrived on time, was extremely professional and got the job done very quickly. He also showed me how to use the charger and gave me all required documentation. Extremely happy with the whole PodPoint experience and thoroughly recommend.”

“Just had a EV CHARGER installed today The engineer was excellent and very polite and professional. He explained everything to me and go through everything how to use the charger. I am very pleased with the service and the job finished.”

“It took 3 weeks to install after payment was made, which is too long. Installation was smooth, but insufficient time was given to demonstrate it in operation. I used it immediately to charge my car, but at the end of a full charge the lead could not be released from the solo 3. For 20 mins I tried all the suggestions in the helpline before it eventually could be unplugged.”
