“Pod point installed where I indicated and very neat, however the engineer didn't check the cable would reach the cars charging point correctly, basics 101. I also requested power surge protection which was missing. Contacted engineer immediately who was more worried about his next appointment than sorting mine out, said he checked it would reach but he went to the wrong side of the car and didn't ask me but instead assumed. Cant get hold of anyone in customer services as constantly on hold which is infuriating, been dropped out once when I got to caller 4 from 13, now trying again so even more angry. Engineer replied via text saying I will be contacted. What has happened to coming back and putting it right like a decent trades person would? Appalling customer service considering the cost of the installation.”

“Ellis sent me a text first thing and turned up when he said he would. Installation was smooth and the work all looks very neat. Thorough testing of the system at the end. All done in 3 hours for a 3-phase installation - really can’t complain.”

“The original installation went ahead as planned but you were unable to commission the unit until a bonding certificate had been provided. A certificate was provided (on 3 separate occassions) yet 8 days later I have still not been commissioned - despite over 20 lengthy calls (mostly sitting in automated queues or being bounced around until the call drops), numerous emails and various promises that it was going to be / had been resolved. This has to be one of the worst customer experiences ever and its still not resolved. The post installation service is a shambles. I am not sure this company actually knows what it is doing. Are they just pushing out units, taking public funding and then leaving users high and dry?”

“The engineer arrived on time and was very pleasant. He was very professional and tidy clearing up afterwards. He explained everything about the charger which was greatly appreciated. Fully recommend podPOINT.”

“The whole process was very quick and easier than I imagined. I heard rumours of months of waiting, but everything was sorted in minutes and the appointment was booked for a few days' later- brilliant! The only slight blemish was that my appointment had to be re-booked for a couple of days later due to an issue with the previous job (hence marking for delivery time, below). These things happen. However, a new appointment was arranged quickly and efficiently (thanks Adam) and the fitter (Ben..?) arrived promptly, was polite and friendly, and fitted, tested, explained everything and handed over very professionally. Great experience, thank you Pod Point!”

“We were pleased on how quick they installed our ev charger given its tge busiest time of the year. We only waited 3 days from time of ordering to installation. Very pleased with the gentlemen who installed who took time to explain the functionality to my husband.”
