“initial appointment booked really quickly. excellent communication - got in contact when an earlier date became available. every member of staff we dealt with were friendly and approachable. when it came to the actual installment the guy was thorough, tidy and approachable.”

“Everything was fine until the end. The Engineer wouldn't give us a safety certificate because of the earthing reading. After 5 days of chasing Northern Poperpoint to solve this problem, with my brand new car unusable, it turns out he made a mistake. I am now chasing Podpoint for another date to get this rectified and my car is still unusable.”

“Key lock was not installed on our home pod point despite being paid for. I’ve contacted customer services several times by message and left a message on the telephone. I have not had any response apart from one message saying that my case had been passed onto “Alexander” to deal with. Not heard anything from Alexander. The installer was very good but the whole experience has been spoiled by the lack of response subsequently. The fact that the key lock has been paid for and the failure to rectify the problem gives the impression that Pod Point does not look after its customers.”
