“Jonny, the engineer who completed our installation was fab - really friendly and polite. He kept us updated with when he was able to come/when to expect him. The only thing about the whole process that was frustrating was the inability to send more than a few photos on the form when planning what the installation would look like. It kept saying the files were too big and deleting our photos. After several attempts to send/submit the form, we had to give up and send it with hardly any photos which meant Jonny had to come out to assess in person. I feel like this could have saved Jonny a job/call out if the technical side of completing the Podpoint form had been better.”

“The process of getting a charger flitted was not straightforward. I had to keep phoning the company to get installation completed as I would hear nothing from them for several days. In the end it took 5 weeks before completion.”

“It wasn't initially clear what was included in the price in terms of setting up and it took a while for communication to flow. It would be better if they offered an assessment from the start, but the installer was very efficient and did a great job.”

“Long wait from order to installation. I ordered a holster and asked for more information about the locking device but received neither. After installation, my bathroom and kitchen lights did not work and the house alarm kept going off during the night. I had to call out my electrician (on a Saturday morning) who found that a wire had been removed from the main fuse board and not put back in place.”
