“Helpful, sometimes not return emails as fast as would like, but always did in the end. Installer was excellent. I felt sorry for him as it was pouring when he started, but he carried on despite the weather, which did ease off”

“Took nearly a month from order to install and then the installer left without it working. Radio silence on what is going on. Nothing happens unless you chase them. Spent a fortune on a charger that doesn’t work.”

“Installation was very good, my installer was on time well presented and did a very neat job of installing my home charger, despite it raining on and off and conditions being cold everything was completed to a high standard.”

“Our installation went incredibly smoothly. I'm an EV/tech novice and I felt I was getting sensible advice all through the process. At no point did I feel pressured into 'upgrades' that I didn't need. The communication was great leading up to installation, it was tricky to find a time with work patterns but the comms team were responsive and Luke handled the install really efficiently and professionally. Felt well looked after with the right advice at the right time. Thank you.”

“Work was quickly organised after the order was placed. The engineer was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The installation followed exactly as requested. The engineer also explained how to operate and set up on wifi. Loading the app and syncing was straight forward.”

“Very efficient installation. Clear operating instructions provided by a friendly installer. Power to the house only switched off for 10 minutes or so. Some delays in responding to email enquiries prior to the installation.”
