The installation on the day was great, good communication, neat, tidy, well explained.
The initial booking experience was great, but the problem arose when i also wanted to book a second installation at a different address. Upon advice from Pod Point, i put the booking in using a separate email address, however, their system got completely confused and changed my original appointment to the second address. Email responses to solve this were poor and slow, in the end i had to ring and wait for 90 minutes to speak to someone who resolved it for me.
