“Despite it taking ages to get an appointment for the install and numerous times they offering appointments at 4pm for the next day and expecting me to just take the next day off work which was far from ideal, the actual installation was great. The chap turned up on time, really professional and courteous, positioned the box exactly where wanted it and took no time at all. Cleared everything away and let things exactly as found. Detailed run through how the POD works and what to do, so no faults at all. They just need to sort their booking process out as that was a pretty poor customer experience!”

“We had issues with the water bonding, an email was not responded to, then in a phone call I was told an electrical certificate showing evidence of the bonding was sufficient, but when the 3 installers arrived they said they had to see it, leading to a search of the house. It was found & the installation proceeded but it was a bit of a panic. We haven’t got our new electric car yet so we cannot comment on the operation of the unit but the install was good & the installers explained it’s operation well. Overall pleased, thanks”

“Overall a really good experience. I had a bit of an issue with the website not accepting photographs. This issue was resolved with a phone call, though the email I sent the information to responded with an autoreply advising that the mailbox would not resplond. My installer was very helpful, friendly and offered lots of good information and showed up when advised. A very keen installer. The company communicated by phone and email.”

“Very easy from start to finish. The engineer was prompt, friendly and explained everything in detail. The installation was quick and I'm very pleased with the exceptionally neat job. The only slight issue was the initial online ordering process was a little bit complicated and may be hard to follow for some.”
