Service was excellent. Only problem was online form kept showing errors so took awhile to complete and had to upload some random photos to make it work.

Dan who installed our Pod Point was amazing, the communication was brilliant. He went above and beyond to ensure our Pod Point looked the very best it could on the house. He worked under our house in a void to ensure no cables were visible when he could have just done a generic fix and clipped it all along the outside, our Pod Point looks amazing and Dan was such a tidy and good worker, can’t thank the team enough.

Pre-installation arrangements for the Pod Point were fairly straightforward although establishing a suitable site for the unit via email and photographs did take time. The installation took most of a day during which the actual site was established very quickly. Earthing problems were resolved and the unit was up and running immediately and is now in regular use with no problems. Excellent!

from my previous review 2weeks ago - still waiting to hear back from Customer Services, have spoken to them, but just fobbed off with “we’ll get your account manager to give you an update” still waiting. In the meantime the Elec Board have been and done their Cut-out Checks. What happens now pod-point - all ok to use the Charger, will I get the 7kW Charge? If not, best come & collect it and forward a refund!

The charger was installed last Friday and here we are a week later following numerous calls and emails waiting for it to function correctly. Firstly unable to pair the unit with the app although that is now working following a manual intervention your end. The unit is constantly flashing blue and pink and waiting on some technical person to work out why it is not working as it should. This should not be my problem and action is needed to put it right although I am hoping someone is taking responsibility as I write to ensure the unit is working as it should very soon. The installation is not as I would have expected and have had to spend a further £110 purchasing a unit to cover the extraneous electrical equipment nailed to my wall. Overall very disappointed and mentioned this to the Mazda dealer who is going to raise it with Mazda head office directly as it was part of a promotion between Mazda and Pod Point. This is not a review that I expected to write and frankly, I am not impressed with having to phone each day in order to get any response and action to get it working correctly. Thank you MIke Burnard

Very easy ordering process and installation date was much sooner than expected - within 3 days of submitting all the required information. However the installer was not so good - was told it would take 2-3 hours but he actually took 7. I wasn't convinced he knew what he was doing - I had to tell him very obvious things like how and where to route the cable and he had to contact his manager about everything. He was at my house for 3 hours before he started the installation. He had to send a video to his manager and because signal is poor I asked if he wanted the Wi-Fi code - he said no and instead stood outside for 30 mins waiting for it to send. Then after an hour I asked if he had a response to which the reply was no and I had to then suggest to him maybe a phone call might be quicker?! Just a very slow installation and I had to miss a few meetings as I wasn't expecting it to take all day. However everything seems to work which is the most important thing.
